Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis(Cold And Dampness Block Type) By Cream Rubbing Method

Objective:In this paper,by comparing the clinical effect difference between the cream rubbing method and the traditional massage method combined with Knee paralysis ointment in the treatment of Knee paralysis Syndrome of arthralgia due to cold and dampness,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:Sixty patients with Knee paralysise(Syndrome of arthralgia due to cold and dampness)joint meeting the inclusion criteria were included.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by software.The observation group was treated with Knee and Arthra Lgia herbal paste Massage.The control group was treated with traditional massage and external application of Knee and Arthra Lgia herbal paste.All the patients were treated once a day,20 MIN each time,15 times as a course of treatment.Patients were required to strictly abide by the treatment plan formulated by doctors.By comparing the HSS score and visual pain score(VAS)before and after treatment,the symptom scores before and after treatment were evaluated and the differences were compared to observe the curative effect.SPSS22.0 was used to statistically analyze the results.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of Knee paralysise(Syndrome of arthralgia due to cold and dampness)disease in the Results:observation group based on plaster rubbing method.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.70%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.70%.The results of the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,using the method of paste the massage and traditiona Knee and Arthra Lgia herbal paste for the treatment of Knee paralysis syndrome of arthralgia due to cold and dampness has the curative effect.2,treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cream rubbing method acute stage than traditional massage therapy combined with knee and arthra Lgia herbal paste treatment knee arthritis curative effect is more significant,worth clinical promotion.3,The drug as the mediun of massage cream,not only played the role of medicinal drugs medium itself,but also to strengthen the massage effect of the massage therapy.
