| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in adjuvant treatment of Fontanie stage I and stage II lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods:In this study,60 cases of Fontanie stage I and II patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment measures.On the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,the treatment group was given auxiliary treatment with moxibustion.Two weeks later,the symptom scores and infrared thermal image changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical effects of the two treatment options were evaluated accordingly.Results:1.After treatment,the skin temperature,soreness,numbness,intermittent claudication,and skin color scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the temperature of the calves,dorsal feet and toes of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group is 70.00%,the treatment group is better than the control group,there is a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Moxibustion adjuvant therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and improve the blood circulation of the affected limb.2.Moxibustion combined with western medicine is more effective than using western medicine alone to treat lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. |
