Clinical Observation On Treating Behcet’s Disease Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Excess Type With Zhibai Dihuang Decoction

Objectives:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction on the treatment of Behcet’s disease(BD)of yin deficiency and fire excess type.The total effective rate,symptom and sign scores and laboratory indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate its safety and effectiveness,so as to provide scientific and effective data support for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 64 patients with Behcet’s disease of yin deficiency and fire excess type who were treated in the outpatient department of Rheumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were screened(62 cases actually completed).The collected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio,with 32 cases in each group(31cases in each group actually completed).The control group was treated with thalidomide tablets combined with mecobalamin tablets.On the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,Zhibaidihuang decoction was added to the treatment group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,during which clinical observation and data collection were conducted.By observing and comparing the degree of disease improvement of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,the purpose of evaluating the therapeutic effect of the two treatment schemes was achieved.Results:1.Both of two groups can relieve clinical symptoms and improve the condition of patients in varying degrees.The experimental data showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.The data comparison of laboratory inflammatory indexes(ESR,CRP)and immune indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG)before and after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing inflammation and regulating immunity.3.In the data statistics of adverse reactions in the process of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Behcet’s disease of yin deficiency and fire excess type,and improve the treatment efficiency.2.Zhibai Dihuang Decoction is safe and reliable,and can effectively regulate the inflammatory indexes and immune function of patients with Behcet’s disease of yin deficiency and fire excess type.
