Clinical Observation And Effect On Plasma MHR Of Quzhuoyixin Decoction On Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm Blocking Heart Pluse Type) With Insomnia

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Quzhuo Yixin Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease(phlegm blocking heart pulse type)and insomnia,as well as its effect on the ratio of plasma MHR,so as to provide more valuable learning experience for the use of traditional Chinese medicine as a characteristic method for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods: This study selected cases come from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular disease outpatient four families into the standard of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris patients with insomnia with(phlegm obstruction type heart arteries and veins)(June 2020 to January 2021),a total of 60 cases,adopt the method of random divided the patients into the treatment group and control group 30 cases each.Control basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the joint to eliminate turbid yi heart soup,two groups of observation time is 4 weeks,observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with angina pectoris judgement of curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect,Chinese medicine symptom integral,Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI),value and safety of venous blood MHR observation index.The data obtained in this study were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0.Results:1.After treatment: the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group,the stopping rate of nitroglycerin and the total effective rate of ECG were 83.33%,80% and 86.67% in the treatment group,and 70%,53.33% and 63.33% in the control group,respectively;The data of the three groups were compared between groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.After treatment: The reduction of TCM syndrome score and the efficacy of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a total effective rate of 83.33% and 60%,respectively;The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.After treatment: SAQ scores in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment: the total score and various indicators of PSQI in 2groups were significantly higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.After treatment: MHR ratio in both groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Quzhuo Yixin Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm blocking heart pulse type)with insomnia,reduce the symptom score of angina pectoris,improve the rate of stopping nitroglycerin,and improve the efficacy of electrocardiogram.Quturbid-Yixin Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm blocking heart pulse type)with insomnia,and improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome.Quzhuo Yixin Decoction can effectively reduce the PSQI score,SAQ score and MHR value of patients with stable coronary heart disease angina pectoris(phutum blocking heart vein type)with insomnia.
