Ultrasound examination is a non-invasive diagnostic technology.With the development of miniaturization and portability of medical ultrasound equipment,ultrasound diagnostic technology is playing an increasingly important role in the first aid scene,emergency public health events such as earthquake and COVID-19 epidemic situation,and military field rescue and other special environments.However,since most of the pre-hospital physician are non-professional ultrasound diagnosticians,they cannot quickly and accurately interpret and analyze the ultrasound images of patients and guide treatment,This problem needs to be resolved urgently.At the same time,due to the anisotropy of imaging principles and human body structure,ultrasound images are prone to problems such as noise pollution,unclear edges and details,and need to be quality improved.The mobile dynamic ultrasonic image transmission and processing system designed and realized in this paper can transmit the ultrasound dynamic images of the ambulance or the first aid scene to the ultrasonic medical department in the hospital through the wireless communication network.After the doctors use this system to process the images,they can perform interpretation and analysis.Give a diagnosis report to guide treatment and improve the success rate of pre-hospital emergency treatment.Firstly,this article designs and realizes the mobile ultrasound dynamic image transmission part.Choose the embedded Hi3531 D development board and embedded Linux to build a software and hardware development environment.The dedicated U-boot and kernel are compiled and transplanted,and the corresponding root file system is made,which realizes the compression coding of dynamic images and the transmission in the wireless communication network.Secondly,to better help doctors diagnosis and treatment in this paper,the transmission after medical ultrasound images and the use of digital image processing to improve its readability,use MATLAB to improve the quality of ultrasound images and prominent doctors focus on part,mainly including image enhancement,image filtering,image segmentation,edge detection,four parts and complete the corresponding algorithm.Thirdly,this paper chooses MATLAB GUI to complete the integration and presentation of the system.The system’s hierarchical structure,design principles,and design process are specified,and the main interface(dynamic image playback and display)and sub-interfaces(image processing)are specifically realized.Finally,a complete test and verification environment was built,and the real scene test was carried out on the pre-hospital ambulance of Chongqing Emergency Medical Center/Central Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University.Using Mindray M9 portable color Doppler ultrasound system as the source,the wireless transmission of ultrasonic dynamic image is realized by connecting the mobile ultrasonic dynamic image transmission part through HDMI.The receiving end takes PC as the platform and uses MATLAB to complete the digital image processing.Based on MATLAB GUI to provide doctors with a friendly human-computer interaction interface,realize the dynamic image transmission,playback display and image processing as one of the system.
