| Purpose:Observed the clinical effect of modified Sinisan in the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder qi stagnation type through statistical research,and to explore the mechanism of modified Sinisan in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,and to prove that modified Sinisan has obvious curative effect on the disease.Method:50 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients with liver and gallbladder qi stagnation were treated with modified Sinisan for 4 weeks in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.During the medication period,no longer take other traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the treatment of cholecystitis.Through the TCM symptom score and imaging examination results before and after treatment were recorded,compared before and after treatment,and analyzed by statistical methods,so as to draw a conclusion.Results:In this study,50 patients were selected for observation and treatment,10% of them fell off.The remaining 45 patients were treated with Modified Sinisan for 4 weeks.1.The TCM symptom score and gallbladder color Doppler ultrasound score of the patients showed a significant downward trend.Compared with before treatment,they were statistically significant(P < 0.05)by SPSS statistical method.2.The total effective rate was 68.89%,cured 2.22%,markedly effective24.44%,effective 42.22%,invalid 31.11%.This shows that Modified Sinisan can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder qi stagnation type,alleviate the disease,and has good clinical efficacy.Conclusion:1.Modified Sinisan can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder qi stagnation type.2.Modified Sinisan can effectively improve the performance of color Doppler ultrasound in chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder qi stagnation type. |
