Objective:In this paper, meta analysis was used to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy of acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, including the analysis of clinical efficiency and the relief of neuralgia and anxiety symptoms. Objective to provide evidence-based medicine basis for the clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods:By searching CNKI,SINOMED,VIP,Wanfang database and other Chinese databases as well as PubMed,Cochrane and EMBASE,randomized controlled trials of acupoint injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia were included,The appropriate literatures were independently screened, the data were extracted, and the risk of bias and quality of the included studies were assessed. The included literatures were meta analyzed by Revman 5.4.1 software. For different types of outcome indicators, different effect combination methods were selected.I2 statistics and Q statistics were used to analyze the heterogeneity, and different models were selected according to the heterogeneity produced by the combination of literature effects. If the heterogeneity of the included studies is high, the effect quantity can not be simply combined, and the reasons for the heterogeneity should be analyzed. Results:Total effective rate:or=6.16,95%CI[4.27,8.88].Combined effect test:z=9.73(P<0.00001).It is suggested that the effective rate of acupoint injection as an intervention measure is better than that of the control group.VAS score change:WMD=1.74,95%CI[1.43,2.05].Combined effect test:z=11.06(P<0.00001).It is suggested that acupoint injection is better than the control group in relieving PHN pain.HAMA score change:WMD=1.74,95%CI[1.43,2.05].Combined effect test z=0.91(P=0.36).It is not sure that acupoint injection as an intervention can relieve the anxiety of PHN patients better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Acupoint injection as the only therapy or combined with other therapies in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can significantly improve the effective rate.2.Acupoint injection as the only therapy,or acupoint injection combined with other therapies in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, has good analgesic effect, and has advantages in clinic.
