| Objective:This study will follow the principles of syndrome differentiation and nursing in the traditional Chinese medicine, select acupoints along the meridians based on the meridian theory, and use traditional Chinese medicine classic meridian flow thought as a guide to combine aromatherapy and acupoint massage to treat perimenopausal syndrome patients with kidney-yin deficiency, explore the best intervention time effects and methods, and provide new ideas for the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in the nursing of patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 99 patients with perimenopausal syndromee with kidney-yin deficiency who met the inclusion criteria from the gynecological outpatient clinic of Third-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Harbin from September 2020 to March 2021.According to the randomized control method, the patients were divided into three groups: control group, test group 1,and test group 2,in accordance with the order of visits. The patients in the control group were given acupoint massage on the basis of in-hospital outpatient treatment and routine care,we double-sided massage the Sanyinjiao,Shenshu,Taixi,Shenmen,Zhaohai,Yingu acupoints of patients once a day,25 minutes each time;test group 1patients were given aromatherapy and acupoint massage on the basis of in-hospital outpatient treatment and routine care; The test group 1 and the control group are carried out at the same time every day(9:00-11:00).test group 2 patients received in-hospital outpatient treatment and routine nursing care, aromatherapy and acupoint massage were given at the the period of the every day from 5 p.m.to 7 p.m;the three groups of patients were the same in terms of use, acupoint selection, and massage techniques. We intervene 7 days as a course of intervention, until two course of interventions. The general data of the included patients were compared before the intervention. Before and after the intervention, the improved Kupperman scale,MENQOL scale,TCM syndrome score, serum sex hormones and other indicators were used to evaluate the patients in each group. The above data were all entered SPSS22.0for analysis.Results:1.Before intervention, the three groups of patients were compared with general information(including age, disease course, education level, pregnancy and birth history, etc.),modified kupperman scale, perimenopausal quality of life scale(MENQOL),TCM syndrome score scale, and Serum sex hormone indicators(E2,FSH,LH).And the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the general data, kupperman scale,MENQOL scale,TCM syndrome score scale, serum sex hormone levels and baseline levels of the scores of the three groups of patients before intervention are basically the same. And the three groups of patients were comparable.2.Comparison were made between groups after intervention. After two courses of intervention, patients in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 are better than the control group in terms of kupperman scale,MENQOL scale,TCM syndrome score scale, serum sex hormone value, and clinical efficacy.Experimental group 2 is better than the experimental group1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Intra-group comparison were made before and after intervention. We compared the kupperman scale,MENQOL scale,TCM syndrome score scale, serum sex hormone indicators after intervention in the three groups of patients. The effects after intervention were better than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage can more effectively promote the improvement of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency symptoms compared with conventional acupoint massage.2.Aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage at meridian flow timing(17:00-19:00)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal patients with kidney yin deficiency, and its clinical intervention effect is better than aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage. |
