Discussion On The Medication Rule Of Professor Qu Xiufen In The Treatment Of Adolescent Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Based On Data Mining

Objective:By using statistical software,the data mining and analysis of Professor Qu Xiufen’s treatment of adolescent anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding were carried out,and the commonly used drugs and their frequency,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy were summarized.The correlation between the drugs was analyzed,so as to obtain the medication characteristics of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of this disease and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:In this study,a retrospective study was conducted to collect and sort out the Clinical Prescriptions of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of adolescent anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding from January 2019 to December 2020.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,202 effective prescriptions were selected.All the names of traditional Chinese medicine are subject to the directory name recorded in Chinese Materia Medica(edited by Zhong gansheng,published by Chinese traditional medicine),and entered into Excel to establish the database.The high-frequency drugs from 202 prescriptions were input into spss22.0statistical software for cluster analysis,and the medication rules of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of the disease were summarized and analyzed.Results:This study from 202 cases of adolescent anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding in patients with the first diagnosis of prescription,a total of 74 kinds of medicine,the use of a total of 3166 times,statistics of highfrequency drugs are yam,Cornus officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,oyster,Paeonia lactiflora,keel,radix dipsaci,Sanguisorba officinalis charcoal,parasitic loranthus,Codonopsis pilosula,Eucommia charcoal,Cuttl-ebone and other drugs,can be summarized as Professor Qu’s main drugs for the treatment of the disease.The most commonly used pair of medicine is combination of keel and oyster;radix dipsaci,parasitic loranthus;Cornus officinalis and Rehmannia glutinosa.The top three drugs were warm(slightly warm)drugs,mild drugs and cold(slightly cold)drugs;the top three drugs were sweet(slightly sweet)drugs,bitter(slightly bitter)drugs and astringent drugs;the top three drugs were liver,kidney and spleen meridians;the top three drugs were tonic drugs,astringent drugs and hemostatic drugs.Conclusion:1.The most commonly used drugs of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of adolescent anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding are yam,Cornus officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,oyster,Paeonia lactiflora,keel,radix dipsaci,Sanguisorba officinalis charcoal,parasitic loranthus,Codonopsis pilosula,Eucommia charcoal,Cuttlebone,puhuang charcoal,and donkey-hide glue.2.Adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding of the main pathogenesis for Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,heat evil disturbing chong and ren,and chong-ren debility.3.Treating from liver and kidney,nourishing Yin and filling essence,solid rinse and stopping bleeding;Spleen and stomach,and replenish its source.
