Objective:Research supervisor from the treatment of spleen and stomach weak diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome clinical curative effect and the basis,to provide the clinical thinking of diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:80 cases of spleen and stomach weak irritable bowel syndrome(diarrhea type)patients were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Treatment group to adopt the treatment,the control group treated with maleic acid trimebutine piece,4 weeks as a treatment period of treatment,based on the level of clinical symptoms after medical treatment and conditi-ons etc aspects contrast,two groups before and after the statistical analysis to cure greatly reduced.moreover,traditional restriction of distinctness for existence,to judge the effect of the two methods of treatment.Result:After statistical analysis,compare the treatment group and control group before the start of the experiment all the points have significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Improve patients with abdominal pain,diarrhea,loose stools for alleviate discomfort,loss of appetite,etc,more obviously effective in treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate before and after treatment in both groups:treatment group total effective rate was 97.22%,control group total effective rate was 86.49%.Therapeutic effect of two groups of rank and inspection,the results of Z=4.694,P<0.05,indicating that has prominent difference between two groups of treatment effect,namely the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Since the quasi square treatment of spleen and stomach weak diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome has obvious clinical effect,effect than the control group.
