Study On The Evaluation Of The Emergency Management Ability Of Public Health Emergencies In X Housing Project

As an important material production sector in the development of China’s national economy,the construction industry accounts for a large proportion in the China’s national economy and can drive the development of upstream and downstream related industries,which is the prerequisite for the survival and development of many industries.Therefore,the construction industry is the focus of public health emergency management and control,and once an accident occurs,it will bring serious consequences.However,the characteristics of the construction industry make emergency management of projects more difficult.It is a major goal to timely control and deal with public health emergencies of construction projects,and how to minimize the possibility of accidents or reduce hazards in case of accidents.This requires project managers have higher ability of emergency management,plan well in advance to prepare measures.Therefore,the public safety and health emergencies emergency management level of construction project evaluation,on the one hand,can strengthen the theoretical basis for emergency management,on the other hand to the actual project management put forward opinions and suggestions,increase the project emergency management ability.In this paper,the X residential construction project public health emergencies emergency management capacity evaluation.First of all,through consulting literature and other forms,understand the current research status of domestic and foreign emergency management,public health emergency management of the basic concept of analysis,thus forming the theoretical basis of this paper;Then according to the theory of whole life cycle of emergency management,set up public health emergencies emergency management ability evaluation model,including 4 first-level indexes and25 secondary indexes,through the understanding of the status quo of X residential project and the questionnaire survey,aiming at the problems existing in the emergency management measures,the index system for evaluating the emergency management ability of public health emergencies of X residential project is proposed.,using analysis hierarchy process(ahp)to determine index weight,combined with the fully evaluation method to evaluate,finally the emergency management capability of the project was scored 3.56 points,between "general" and "good".Paper finally according to the actual situation of the scene,is engaged in the beforehand prevention ability,processing power,afterwards before recovery ability and emergency support capability these four aspects to improve and perfect suggestions are put forward.
