In recent years, the continuous development of intelligent medical has brought great convenience to our life, especially the emerging edge intelligent medical system, which can transmit and store a large number of medical data. However, once the privacy data of smart medicine is leaked or tampered,it will cause great damage to the rights and interests of users, and even threaten the safety of users. Therefore,in smart medicine,it is necessary to ensure the security of medical data and verify the data.In the edge support environment, attribute based encryption(ABE)is used to encrypt data, and these sensitive data are fine-grained access control. The computing cost of traditional Abe scheme is relatively large, and the technology of attribute encryption will produce a lot of computing cost, which can not be borne by resource limited devices.Outsourcing the encryption and decryption part to the edge node can reduce the computing cost of resource constrained devices supporting intelligent medical. However, the edge nodes may be vulnerable to attack, and the existing encryption schemes still have security and efficiency problems. To solve these problems, this thesis studies the outsourcing access control scheme based on attribute encryption in smart medicine.(1)This thesis proposes an attribute based access control scheme to support outsourcing edge intelligent medical services.By outsourcing part of encryption and decryption to edge nodes, and supporting attribute updating, flexible access control is realized. The security proof shows that the scheme is secure under the bilinear Diffie-Hellman assumption. The performance of the scheme is evaluated under different security levels. The experimental results show that the scheme is more effective than the traditional attribute encryption scheme in reducing the computing load of limited resource devices.(2)This thesis proposes an outsourcing attribute encryption scheme supporting verification.By outsourcing partial encryption and decryption operations to edge nodes, the computing load of resource constrained devices is reduced, and the computing load of data owners and data users is kept at a constant value. And the verifiable function is added to ensure that the ciphertext returned from the edge node is correct. This scheme improves the efficiency of the scheme, and the security analysis shows that the scheme has high security.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is efficient.
