Objective : To explore the stability,conformal and safety of semiconductor laser ablation of lung tissue,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods: In order to explore the stability and conformal properties of lung tissue ablated by laser ablation,the parameters(transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter)of the cavity formed by the ablation are measure with VELAS laser therapy instrument.Ablation living rabbit lung tissue,observing melt formation of the cavity and the surrounding lung tissue pathological changes,understand the scope of the thermal damage of lung tissue around the cavity,and at the same time in the melting process with negative pressure suction device epispastic material ablation,histological,smear lines clear its organizational elements,in order to study laser ablation the safety of the lung tissue.Results:The cavity formed by laser ablation is formed by the forward emission of optical fiber,showing a quasi-ellipsoid shape with the direction of optical fiber as the long axis.The black carbonized tissue can be seen around the cavity,and then the brown changed tissue can be seen outside.HE staining showed that there is no staining in the cavity area,and the outer area is coagulated zone,with cell structure destruction and nuclear pyknosis visible.Then the transitional zone is outward,and the congestion and edema of the lung tissue are observed.The outermost layer is the surrounding normal lung tissue.Histological examination of the material aspirated by the negative pressure suction device revealed alveolar epithelial cells and lymphocytes.Under the same combination of time and power,the size and shape of the cavity are stable.The index change with time of the cavity area,power relations between the two factors and time *power,the power phase at the same time,as time extended,the index has a gradual increase in the cavity area change tendency,at the same time with the melting power increase,each index increase to some extent,but when the total power of ablation time*power reaches a certain level,each indicator of time,the trend of the power curve tends to level.Therefore,within a certain ablation energy range,extending time and increasing power can increase the range of cavity region to some extent.Conclusion:1.Laser ablation is a simple and feasible treatment method.2.Within a certain range of ablation energy,the changes of each index(transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter)of the cavity formed by ablation are positively correlated with the two factors of time and power,as well as the relationship between time and power.3.The stability,conformal and safety of laser ablation have been verified.
