Objective: To explore the advantages of ultrasound-MRI multimodal technology combined with neuronavigation technology in brain tumor surgery near the motor area. Methods: Collect 48 patients with brain tumors involving the motor function area and randomly divide them into a study group and a control group, with 24 cases in each group. The study group received DTI,BOLDf MRI,neuronavigation, and intraoperative ultrasound for tumor resection.Surgery;the control group only received neuronavigation to remove the tumor. The tumor resection rate and the Karnofsky functional status(KPS)score were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:(1)The tumors were successfully removed during the operation in both groups. The study group had 17 cases of total resection and 7 cases of incomplete resection. The total resection rate was 70.83%.In the control group, there were 10 cases of total resection and 14 cases of incomplete resection.41.67%,P=0.042 < 0.05,which means the difference is statistically significant. The total tumor resection rate in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group.(2)KPS score in the 6-month follow-up: the study group was(90.00±8.85),the control group was(74.17±13.81),the postoperative KPS score: the study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.001).(3)Differences within the group: The KPS scores of the study group and the control group were better than those before the operation,P<0.05,the two groups of patients underwent surgical treatment with statistical significance, and the improvement of the quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The combined application of DTI and BOLD-f MRI,intraoperative ultrasound, and neuronavigation can accurately locate the tumor, more accurately assess the scope of tumor resection, increase the resection rate of patients, reduce brain tissue damage, improve postoperative KPS scores, and improve the quality of life of patients.
