The outline of the national plan for medium and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)clearly states that the core work of vocational education development is to improve the quality of teaching and learning,and one of the important initiatives is to hold a skills competition in vocational schools,which is sponsored by the Ministry of Education,it’s the highest-level event for nursing students in secondary vocational schools.Nowadays,hospitals and single-enrollment colleges give priority to the students who win the skills competition,and schools attach importance to the brand effect of winning the competition on schools,the existing problems of resources allocation and students’ learning demands are not in direct proportion.Professional teachers are under the double pressure of teaching and guidance.Based on the above background and problems,the author tries to integrate "competition" and "teaching",optimize the teaching content,construct an information-based teaching model,and form a theoretical framework of "match-teaching integration" of nursing skills in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide practical basis,and for the specific teaching practice,committed to match teaching with the frequency resonance,for Secondary Vocational School Education and teaching reform to provide support.This research includes three parts: the starting point of the research is the analysis of the current situation,the core of the research is the construction of the model and the practice path,and the basic task of the research is the effectiveness test.Taking 424 nursing students and 86 professional teachers in school C as Experimental Subjects,the research was carried out by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and experimental research,and SPSS was introduced as analysis tool.In this study,1,942 nursing students and 86 nursing teachers in school c were surveyed by questionnaires,and 8 contest instructors and 8 first-prize winners of provincial competitions were interviewed,to understand the implementation status of "match-teaching integration" in secondary vocational schools,it is found that the teaching design of "match-teaching integration" in school c lacks scientific planning,the teachers fail to give full play to the advantages of information technology and the single mode of talent selection.Secondly,based on the principles,ideas and objectives of the relevant theory and model construction,the teaching model is constructed and the practical path is formulated.Thirdly,the teaching model is applied to the course of basic nursing in secondary vocational schools to carry out teaching activities.The experimental group and the Control Group of students before and after the theoretical results and operating results,using SPSS data analysis,found that the teaching model of operating results have a certain role in promoting,and no impact on theoretical results.In the experimental group,214 students were given the satisfaction questionnaire,and it was found that the application effect of the model was better,the teaching satisfaction was higher,and the students had higher evaluation on the arrangement of teaching tasks,the introduction of clinical cases,the use of information technology,etc.,however,clinical cases and teaching activities did not significantly predict the effectiveness of teaching.Finally,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the model,and from the teaching design,teachers and schools to give implementation recommendations.I hope that in the future research,further improve the model for secondary vocational education reform to provide ideas and reference.
