Clinical Observation Of Qihe Huazhuo Decoction In Treating The Patient Of Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qihe Huazhuo decoction com bined with metformin in treating obese type 2 diabetes mellitus caused by s pleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness,and to provide clinical treatment b asis for Qihe Huazhuo decoction.Methods:This study included 72 obese type 2 diabetes patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness who met the inclusion criteria from Janu ary 2020 to December 2020 in the Department of Endocrinology,East Bran ch of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomnumber table method was used to divide them into metformin group(contr ol group)and Qihe Huazhuo decoction combined with metformin group(tr eatment group),36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,while the treatment group was treated with Qihe Huazhuo decoction combined with metformin,with a course of 4 weeks.Each cours e of prescription was adjusted according to the increase or decrease of sym ptoms.The treatment of the two groups was observed after 3 months of agin g,and the changes of TCM syndrome score,body weight,BMI,WHR,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL,HDL and safety indexes i n the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.All the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS25.0 statistical software t o determine the efficacy.Results:1.In western medicine curative effect efficient contrast,61.76% in the control group,treatment group was 85.29%,upon examination,P < 0.01,b etter in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant.2.In the efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine effective c ontrast,64.71% in the control group,treatment group was 88.24%,upon ex amination,P < 0.05,better in treatment group,the difference was statistical ly significant.3.After treatment,there were significant differences in TCM syndrom e score,FBG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,body weight and BMI bet ween 2 groups(P<0.01);Compared with the two groups,the treatment gro up was better(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in FBG,2HP G and HOMA-IR(P<0.01).4.After treatment,there were no significant differences in TG,HDL,WHR,TC and LDL between 2 groups and control group(P>0.05),while WHR,TC and LDL in treatment group were decreased(P<0.05);After trea tment,there were no significant differences in WHR,TG,TC,HDL and L DL between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The adverse event rate was 5.56% in terms of side effects occur,co ntrol group,treatment group was 2.78%,the treatment group is relatively lo w,have certain curative effect and security.Conclusion:Qihe Huazhuo decoction has significant efficacy in treating obese typ e 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness.It can effectivel y improve clinical symptoms of patients,decrease the levels of FBG,2h PG and Hb A1 c,improve insulin resistance,reduce body weight and BMI of pa tients,and improve TC and LDL levels in blood lipids.Qihe Huazhuo dec oction is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
