| Objective Observe the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of cancer-related fatigue caused by breast cancer radiotherapy, summarize and summarize the law of TCM syndrome differentiation of cancer-related fatigue caused by breast cancer radiotherapy, and use TCM to intervene in the clinical application of TCM syndromes caused by breast cancer radiotherapy from the aspect of TCM syndrome differentiation.Tiredness provides ideas. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,132 breast cancer patients with radiotherapy in the outpatient and ward of the Department of Radiotherapy of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were collected.Questionnaires were conducted on the patients 1 day before and at the end of the 5th week of radiotherapy.Investigate, collect patients’ general information,disease,treatment-related information, and four-diagnosis information of traditional Chinese medicine. The Piper Fatigue Assessment Scale was used to assess the degree of fatigue of the patients, the KPS score was used to assess the quality of life of the patients, the TCM syndrome questionnaire was used to determine the syndrome type, and the SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and processing of the data.Summarize the changes in the degree of fatigue of breast cancer patients before and after radiotherapy and the law of TCM syndrome differentiation of cancer-related fatigue caused by breast cancer radiotherapy. Results 1.After radiotherapy,132 breast cancer patients experienced varying degrees of fatigue, and moderate fatigue patients accounted for the largest proportion.Among them,24 patients had mild fatigue(18.2%)and 80 patients had moderate fatigue(60.6 %),28 patients had severe fatigue(21.2%).2.Before radiotherapy, the Piper score of 132 patients was 0.00(0.00,1.46)points;after radiotherapy, the Piper score of 132 patients was 5.33(5.14,5.86)points.The Piper score of patients after radiotherapy was higher than that before radiotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.Before radiotherapy, the KPS score of 132 patients was 90(90.00,90.00)points;after radiotherapy, the KPS score of 132 patients was 90(80.00,90.00)points.The KPS score of patients after radiotherapy was lower than that before radiotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).4.The Piper score of patients with conventional radiotherapy was 5.48(5.29,6.00)after radiotherapy, and the Piper score of patients with IMRT was 5.05(4.19,5.48)after radiotherapy. The difference in Piper scores between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in Piper scores after radiotherapy in breast cancer patients with different primary sites, histological classifications, histological grades, molecular types and clinical stages(P>0.05),while the Piper scores of breast cancer patients in different age groups were different after radiotherapy. It is statistically significant(P<0.05).The older the age,the heavier the fatigue.6.Breast cancer patients(patients without cancer-related fatigue)are mainly classified into Qi stagnation syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, and phlegm-dampness syndrome before radiotherapy.7.The TCM syndrome differentiation of cancer-related fatigue caused by radiotherapy in breast cancer patients is mainly based on Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency, blood deficiency and Yin deficiency and fire. Conclusions 1.After radiotherapy, breast cancer patients can cause cancer-related fatigue, and the degree of fatigue is mainly moderate fatigue.2.The degree of cancer-related fatigue caused by breast cancer patients after conventional radiotherapy is more severe than that of breast cancer patients caused by intensity-modulated radiotherapy.3.The TCM differentiation of cancer-related fatigue caused by radiotherapy in breast cancer patients is mainly based on Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, and Yin deficiency and fire prosperous syndrome. |
