Comparison Of Three-dimensional Measurement Of Soft Tissue Related Surface Width And Height Between Mongolian And Han Youths

Objective Three dimensional images of facial soft tissue of Mongolian and Han nationality in Inner Mongolia were collected by three-dimensional photography technology to obtain three-dimensional data of relative width and height of facial soft tissue,provide three-dimensional reference database of facial soft tissue of Mongolian and Han normal young men and women,and explore the differences of facial features between different ethnic groups of the same sex and different ethnic groups,Objective to provide reference for clinical work of cosmetic surgery and related disciplines.Methods From the college students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,a total of 296 subjects,including 46 Mongolian males,59 Mongolian females,86 Han males and 105 Han females,were selected as the research objects.Three dimensional facial soft tissue images were collected by Korean Morpheus 3D facial scanner,and 18 soft tissue landmarks were determined by software,12 height items and 9 width items related to facial soft tissue were measured,and the measurement items were linear indicators.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,and the differences of facial soft tissue width and height between Mongolian and Han people of the same gender and different nationalities of the same nationality were compared,so as to understand the differences of facial soft tissue width and height between Mongolian and Han people The differences of facial soft tissue characteristics between Han nationality.Result 1.There were statistically significant differences in height between Mongolian and Han women in Tri-Mes,Tr-Gn,Tri-N,Sl-Gn,Sl-Mes,width between Rt En-Rt Ex,Ft-Ft,Ex-Ex,Zy-Zy,Ac-Ac,Go-Go(P < 0.05),The other indexes were not statistically significant;2.There were statistically significant differences between Mongolian and Han men in Tr-Mes,Sl-Gn,Sl-Mes,width between Rt En-Rt Ex,Ft-Ft,Ex-Ex,Zy-Zy,Ac-Ac,Go-Go,(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the other indicators.3.There was a significant difference between the male and female gender measurement data of the same nationality in Mongolia and Han nationality(p<0.05);Conclusion 1.The Han nationality had longer face,wider eyes and nose,wider zygomatic bone,frontal bone,mandible or subcutaneous tissue and fuller soft tissue than the Han nationality;2.The measurement value of male was higher than that of female,the contour of male face was more oblate,while female face was narrower and longer;3.Established the normal maxillofacial soft tissue database of Mongolian and Han nationality in Inner Mongolia,which plays a very important role in facial recognition of ethnic characteristics and provides an opportunity for future research,In order to explore the change rule of facial line distance(width,height)of Mongolian and Han nationality,summarize a way of thinking,compare and analyze the obtained data,determine the individualized treatment plan and curative effect evaluation for orthodontic diagnosis,and evaluate the curative effect of orthognathic surgery;...
