| ObjectiveBy means of progressive muscle relaxation training(PMRT)combined with Neiguan point application ginger intervention for three consecutive chemotherapy cycles,the effect of this intervention on delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients was discussed.To reduce the severity of delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients,improve the effective rate of remission of delayed nausea and vomiting,life index and quality of life of patients,and provide a new intervention for clinical nursing work.MethodsIn this study,80 cases were admitted to gynecological ward of a third Class A hospital from December 2019 to December 2020.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into groups,the control group was treated with routine chemotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with progressive relaxation training combined with intervention training of Jiang Sheng Jiang.Basic information was collected from the two groups using the general information questionnaire,and the life of ovarian cancer patients was carried out on the day the patients were included in the experiment and the last day of the experiment Quality assessment scale,comparing the changes of life quality of patients during the study;according to the evaluation criteria of common adverse events,collect the degree and trend of nausea and vomiting from the day of chemotherapy to five days after the end of medication(three days,eight days);MASCC the antiemetic evaluation tool(MAT scale)and the evaluation form of nausea and vomiting life index after chemotherapy,collect the duration of delayed nausea and vomiting symptoms and the score of patient life index,and analyze the intervention effect.Results1.It is estimated that the sample size is 80 cases,the final effective sample size is 80 cases of ovarian cancer patients,40 people in the experimental group and 40 people in the control group.The compliance of the patients in the experimental process is good and there is no shedding sample.2.General data comparison: there was no significant difference in age,education,religious belief,medical expenses payment,marital status,family income,history of carsickness,sleep time,history of pregnancy and vomiting,smoking and drinking(P>0.05)between the two groups before intervention.3.Effect of intervention on remission efficiency: the results of trend chi-square test showed that the effective rate of nausea and vomiting in the intervention group increased with the third stage of chemotherapy(P<0.05).Control group remission rate was not statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Effect of intervention on quality of life: according to the results of non-parametric test,the five dimensions of physiological status,emotional status,other concerns,family status and functional status were not statistically significant(P>0.05).According to the results of the second evaluation,except for the family status,the scores of the other dimensions were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The effect of intervention on life index: there was no significant difference between the first stage chemotherapy group and the control group(P<0.05),the second stage chemotherapy group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the degree of delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy: the degree of nausea and vomiting between the third stage chemotherapy and the first stage chemotherapy was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with Neiguan point application of ginger therapy can improve the severity of delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.2.Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with Neiguan point application of ginger therapy can improve the effective rate of nausea and vomiting.3.Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with Neiguan point application of ginger therapy can shorten the duration of delayed nausea and vomiting.4.Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with Neiguan point application ginger therapy is superior to the effect of simple routine nursing on the quality of life of patients,especially in the four dimensions of physiological status,emotional status,other concerns,functional status.5.Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with Neiguan point application of ginger can improve the life index of patients to some extent.6.Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with Neiguan point application of ginger can reduce nausea and vomiting. |
