Objective This study aims to explore the effect of SBAR in the prevention of perioperative venous thrombosis in patients with thoracolumbar fractures. In order to reduce the incidence of DVT after thoracolumbar surgery, accelerate the recovery of patients, and provide new ideas for the prevention of DVTMethods 108 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission by SAS software.Nine patients who were transferred to other departments and dropped out were excluded.Finally,50 patients were included in the intervention group and 49 patients in the control group. There was no significant difference in the basic data between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group was set up under the standardized communication(SBAR)DVT prevention and treatment group, and the medical staff were trained on DVT prevention and treatment knowledge and SBAR standardized communication. The specific implementation of the intervention group includes the following aspects: DVT risk assessment, hierarchical preventive measures, joint ward rounds by doctors and nurses, morning and evening shift handover and health education of integration of doctors and nurses. The occurrence of DVT and DVT related clinical symptoms, average length of stay and laboratory examination results were collected. The self-care ability of patients was evaluated by the self-care ability scale on the day of admission and discharge, and the satisfaction of patients with nursing work was evaluated by the inpatient nursing work satisfaction scale on the day of discharge.Results1.The incidence of DVT in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The number of patients with homan syndrome and nenhof syndrome in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the number of patients with lower extremity superficial varicose veins between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of cases of lower limb swelling 10 cm below the tibial tuberosity and tenderness along the deep vein in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total score and each dimension score of the self-care ability scale between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge, the total score of self-care ability of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score of each dimension was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).5.The average length of stay in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, the discrepancy was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The scores of admission reception, service attitude, health education and guidance, service quality, discharge guidance and the total score of service satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group at the time of discharge(P<0.001).Conclusion1.The integrated mode of medical care under standardized communication(SBAR)can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT.2.The implementation of the integrated mode of medical care under standardized communication(SBAR)continuously improves patients’ self-care ability.3.The integrated mode of medical care under standardized communication(SBAR)can promote patient rehabilitation, improve the quality of medical services, reduce the average length of hospital stay of patients, and improve patient satisfaction.
