Research On The Allocation Of Public Medical Resources In C City Based On Medical Big Data

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the imbalance of public medical resources is becoming a serious question,which brings great harm to citizens’ medical rights,personal revenue and expenditure,social stability and government credibility.Although the government has taken many measures to solve the problem,the problems of "difficult to see a doctor","expensive to see a doctor",and excessive use of high-quality medical resources has not been solved.It is generally believed that the application of big data can help optimize resource allocation.So how to use medical big data to achieve Pareto improvement of the efficiency of public medical resource allocation is the starting point of this paper.After analysing the status of the supply and the demand of public medical resources in the C city,this paper holds that the traditional way is difficult to solve the problem of unbalanced allocation of medical resources quickly and effectively,while big data is one of the effective ways to solve the existing problems.Medical big data has a strong application value in finding valuable information related disease,hospital and doctor,medical cost,etc.These valuable information have cognitive intervention and anticipation guidance effect on patients of the demand part.By reducing the impact of information asymmetry and guiding patients to return to the insured areas for medical treatment,the application of medical big data is helpful to promote the overall allocation of public medical resources.The questionnaire survey based on City C shows that the respondents at the demand part want the valuable information badly(74%),and more than a half(67%)will consider it as an important reference for medical treatment;Meanwhile,the respondents think that hospital and doctor information is the most important,followed by cost information,and then the disease information.This paper suggests that the government should take measures to provide supporting mechanism for the useness of medical big data under multiple and coordinated social governance mode,and then build the City Health Brain and Health Cloud for the mass production and accurate useness of value information.Moreover,take multiple measures simultaneously to promote the public medical resource allocation by medical big data.
