Object:To investigate the status of family resilience and quality of life,self-efficacy and sense of meaning of life in patients with lung cancer;to analyze the correlation between family resilience and quality of life,self-efficacy and sense of meaning of life in patients with lung cancer; In order to improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients from the perspective of the family as a whole, using the family resilience theory to formulate nursing intervention measures. Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 336 first-diagnosed lung cancer patients and their family members from November 2019 to August 2020 in Grade III,Class A hospital, using convenience sampling method,to understand their family resilience(C-FRAS),quality of life(QLQ-LC43),self-efficacy(GSES)and sense of meaning in life(MLQ).T test, variance analysis,Spearman correlation analysis,Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between family resilience and quality of life,self-efficacy,sense of meaning of life and its influencing factors, the Process plug-in of SPSS software was used to analyze the moderating effects of self-efficacy and sense of meaning on family resilience and quality of life.Results:1.The family resilience score(192.70 ± 33.54)and item average score(3.93 ± 0.68)for lung cancer patients, the total quality of life score(134.52±24.92)and item average score(3.14±0.59)for lung cancer patients, and the standardized score(75.77±14.15);The total score of General self-efficacy was(28.99±8.59),the average score of items was(2.90±0.86),the total score of sense of life was(41.57±12.55),the average score of items was(4.62±1.39).2.Family resilience was positively correlated with quality of life(r = 0.203,P=0.000),self-efficacy(r =0.624,P=0.000)and sense of meaning of life(r = 0.509,P=0.000).3.Single factor analysis showed that the scores of family resilience were significantly different in five aspects: Education Level(F= 5.481,p = 0.005),monthly income(F= 5.306,p = 0.005),quality of life(t=3.959,p = 0.000),self-efficacy(t= 10.332,p = 0.000)and sense of meaning of life(t= 7.723,p = 0.000).Logistic Regression analysis showed that quality of life(OR = 3.433;95% CI: 2.084-5.656)and self-efficacy(OR = 4.262;95% CI: 2.517-7.217)were protective factors of family resilience.4.The sense of meaning of life was positively correlated with the quality of life in lung cancer patients(β= 0.242,P=0.000).The higher the sense of meaning of life, the greater the influence of family resilience on the quality of life. There was no moderating effect of self-efficacy between family resilience and quality of life in lung cancer patients(β= 0.057,P=0.573).Conclusion:1.The family resilience, quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with lung cancer were in the middle level, and the level of life meaning was low.2.Family Resilience is associated with quality of life,self-efficacy and sense of meaning of life in patients with lung cancer.3.The family resilience of patients with different education level, income level and sense of meaning of life are different.Quality of life and self-efficacy can positively affect family resilience.4.The sense of meaning of life in patients with lung cancer has a positive regulatory effect on family resilience and quality of life.
