| Objective:The main manifestations of children with spastic cerebral palsy are high muscle tension of lower limbs and motor dysfunction, which seriously affects the daily life of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Through literature review, the most commonly used rehabilitation therapy in hospitals and rehabilitation centers is routine rehabilitation therapy based on Bobath therapy, which has obvious effect on improving lower limb muscle tension and muscle spasm of children with cerebral palsy. However,in the process of treatment, rehabilitation therapists will passively pull the muscles and joints of lower limbs, which makes children with cerebral palsy feel strong pain and affects the treatment effect to a certain extent;Water rehabilitation therapy is to train with the help of the physical characteristics of water, which can make children easier to achieve the effect and intensity of land-based rehabilitation training.Through the use of water temperature, buoyancy and resistance,it can also relieve the pain of children with cerebral palsy and strengthen the brain’s control of muscles. It is a treatment method with great development potential. This experiment is to explore the effect of water rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on gross function, muscle strength, joint range of motion and balance ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy,so as to provide the basis for the research of water rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Method:The main manifestations of children with with conventional rehabilitation therapy on gross function, muscle strength, joint range of motion and balance ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy,so as to provide the basis for the research of water rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods: thirty children with spastic cerebral palsy who were rehabilitated in the rehabilitation center of Qilu children’s Hospital of Shandong University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received routine rehabilitation treatment from Monday to Friday morning and water rehabilitation treatment in the afternoon. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment from Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon. Each treatment lasted for 30 minutes for 12 weeks. The gross function scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were recorded; The muscle strength of quadriceps femoris(extensor group)and hamstring(flexor group);Data of range of motion and balance ability of dorsiflexion angle and popliteal angle. It was used to observe the effects of the experimental group and the control group on the lower limb motor ability and balance ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy before and after the intervention.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in gross function score, gross function rating scale(GMFM)total score and a(supine, prone),B(sitting),C(climbing, kneeling),D(standing),e(walking, running)five area scores. The total score of the experimental group and the control group; The experimental group and the control group in a area; The experimental group and the control group in B area; The experimental group in C area; There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in area D(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group in area C and the experimental group and the control group in area E(P > 0.05).2.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in range of motion and muscle strength, muscle strength of quadriceps femoris(knee extensor group),hamstring(knee flexor group),dorsalis pedis flexion angle and popliteal fossa angle(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in grouping effect and interaction(P > 0.05).3.There was a significant difference in the stability coefficient(st)intervention effect between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The intervention effect of f1-f5 frequency band was significant(P < 0.05),while the intervention effect of f6-f8 frequency band was not significant(P > 0.05).In weight distribution, there was no significant difference in the distribution of left heel(a%),right heel(C%),right toe(d%),left heel(left%)and heel(heel%)(P < 0.05),but there was significant difference in the distribution of left toe(B%)(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in grouping effect and interaction(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Water rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the gross function of children with spastic cerebral palsy, such as sitting, climbing, kneeling and standing. However, the walking and running functions of children with cerebral palsy were not significantly improved.2.Water rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation methods can increase muscle strength and range of motion of children with spastic cerebral palsy.3.Water rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation methods can increase the stability of children with spastic cerebral palsy and low frequency swing, reduce high frequency swing to improve balance ability. |
