Objective: Objective to explore the effect of childhood abuse on suicide in patients with depressive disorder. Methods: Enrolled 79 patients with depression, according to the childhood trauma questionnaire, the patients were divided into the abused group and the non-abuse group. The abused group only needs to meet the physical abuse score ≥10,the sexual abuse score ≥8,and the emotional abuse score.≥13 points, somatic neglect score ≥10 points, emotional neglect score ≥15 points any of them. Both groups of subjects used the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version(BSI-CV),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI),social support rating scale(Social support rate scale,SSRS)and global assessment scale(Global Assessment Scale,GAS)for evaluation.Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the relationship between childhood abuse and suicide in depression. With suicidal ideation group and no suicide ideation group, binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of suicide ideation.Results:(1)There were 45 cases of childhood abuse and 34 cases of no abuse.(2)Compared with the no-abuse group, the childhood abuse group had a PSQI score [(10.41±4.03)vs(12.88±4.38)score,t=-2.573,P=0.012],suicide in the last week in the BSI-CV score Ideation [6(5,11.5)points vs 10(6,14)points,Z=-2.262,P=0.024],suicidal ideation [10.5(5,14.25)points vs.14(12,15)points,Z=-2.836,P=0.005],suicide risk in the last week [15(0,26)vs 29(22,33.5)points,Z=-2.926,P=0.003],suicide risk in the most severe case[23.5(0,32)points vs29(21.5,35.5)points,Z=-2.051,P=0.040],total suicide scores in the last week [20(0,48.75)points vs39(16,61.5)points,Z=-2.475,P=0.013],the most In severe cases, the total score of suicide [36.5(0,69)vs54(33,73.5)points,Z=-2.020,P=0.044],in the SSRS score [(34.46 ± 6.35)points vs(30.58±7.25)points,t=-2.528,P=0.014],the GAS score[(58.44±9.95)vs(49.40±12.51)points,t=3.074,P=0.003] The difference was statistically significant. The emotional abuse in the CTQ-SF score was positively correlated with HAMD,HAMA,PSQI,SSRS,suicidal ideation in the last week, suicide risk in the last week, and the total score in the last week and negatively correlated with the GAS score.Sexual abuse was negatively correlated with HAMA,The risk of suicide in the last week and the most severe time, the total scores of the last week and the most severe time were positively correlated, and the GAS score was negatively correlated;emotional neglect was positively correlated with HAMD,suicidal ideation in the last week and the most severe time, and the total score of the last week.SSRS score was negatively correlated;physical abuse was positively correlated with HAMA,PSQI,SSRS score, the most serious suicide risk, and total score.Somatic neglect was positively correlated with PSQI score, and negatively correlated with GAS score.Logistic regression analysis showed age(P=0.001,OR=0.916,95%CI 0.870-0.964),HAMA score(P=0.049,OR=1.123,95%CI1.000-1.261),history of abuse(P=0.030,OR=5.144,95% CI 1.173-22.548)is a risk factor for suicide ideation. Conclusion: Patients with depression who experience childhood abuse are at high risk of suicidal ideation, accompanied by low levels of social support, poor sleep quality, and poor social adaptability.
