Objective: To study the correlation between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)and progression time in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: The clinical data of 90 patients with advanced NSCLC who were diagnosed in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected, all patients were newly diagnosed with NSCLC,and the inflammatory indexes and clinical data were collected, modified Glasgow prognostic score(m GPS)is divided into three groups: 0,1,and 2 based on albumin and c-reactive protein.NLR,PLR,and LMR are divided into low group and high group based on the median cut-off value. To analyze the correlation with the patient’s progression time. The chi-square test was used to compare the differences in clinical characteristics between different inflammatory index groups. The survival analysis of patients with different NLR,PLR and LMR groups was performed by Kaplan-Meier analysis and survival curves were drawn.Log-rank test was used to compare the survival rates between groups. It will be possible Clinicopathological factors affecting the prognosis of the disease were included in the Cox regression model for multivariate prognostic analysis.Results:(1)A total of 90 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in this study, including 53 males and 37 females, with an average age of(60.37±8.84)years;35 patients had a history of smoking, and 9 patients had pulmonary diseases. The pathological type of the patients in this group were mostly adenocarcinoma(56 cases),28 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,6 cases of other types;39 cases of stage IIIA and IIIB failed to operate,51 cases of stage IV.(2)The median cutoff values for NLR,LMR,and PLR were 2.75,3.53,and 161.31 respectively, and the cutoff values are divided into high group and low group: NLR<2.75 was the low group,NLR≥2.75 was the high group;LMR<3.53 was the low group,LMR≥3.53 was the high group;PLR<161.31 was the low group, and PLR≥161.31 was the high group.(3)Univariate analysis of the factors that may affect the progression of advanced NSCLC showed that pathological type,m GPS,NLR,PLR,LMR were correlated with the progression time of NSCLC;COX proportional regression multivariate prognostic analysis showed that pathological type,m GPS,NLR,PLR were independent risk factor affecting the progression time of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Conclusions: Clinical analysis of NLR and PLR levels are related to the prognosis of patients with NSCLC,which has a certain reference value for the evaluation of the progression time of patients diagnosed with advanced NSCLC.
