Objective: Compare the effect of tamsulosin on improving frequency, urgency, frequency of nocturia, and pain after inserting the same type of ureteral stent, and the effect of the ratio of ureter to stent on lower urinary tract symptoms. Methods: Collected patients who received stent placement in our department from October2019 to October 2020.The overactive bladder score(OABSS)and the visual analog scale for pain(VAS)were collected on the second day after the catheter was removed. After taking the urinary tube one day later, the scale was completed in the evening of the second day)and the patient was instructed to take orally explore Rosin 0.4mg,once a night, after half a month, the telephone follow-up score was compared and the changes in the score were compared to observe the tamsulosin treatment Effect, select patients with improved symptom scores, let them stop the drugs, and then complete the above scores again before extubation one month to verify the therapeutic effects of the drugs;postoperative patients are grouped according to their heights, and patients in different height groups are compared after stent placement Score, observe the effect of the ratio of the patient’s ureter and stent on the lower urinary tract symptoms. Results: A total of 101 patients entered the study. After half a month of taking the drug, their urinary frequency score, nocturia frequency score, urinary urgency score, and pain score were all improved compared with postoperatively(P <0.01).A total of 72 people with improved scores were selected from the data, and the scores were compared again after stopping the drug and before extubation. It was found that the frequency of nocturia, urgency score increased, and symptoms worsened(P <0.01),while the frequency of urination score and pain score were compared Insignificant(P >0.05);grouped according to height, and 27 patients with height>150 cm and ≤160 cm were classified as group A.According to the calculation formula of ureter and height, the ratio of ureter length to stent tube length was about<1,>160cm A total of 34 persons with ureteral length ≤170cm and stent tube length were classified as group B.The ratio of ureteral length to stent tube length was about = 1.A total of33 persons with ureteral length ≤170cm and ≤180cm were classified as group C.The ratio of ureteral length velocity to stent tube length was about >1,which was the first postoperatively. In the comparison of scores, the frequency of urination of patients in group B and C was less than that of group A(comparison between group B,group C and group A,P <0.01).There was no significant difference between group B and group C in frequency of urination(P >0.05).The frequency of nocturia in group C was less than that in group A(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference in the frequency of nocturia between group A and group B,group B and group C(P >0.05).Compared with group B,group C and group A,the number of urgency was less(P <0.05),while the number of urgency of group C was less than that of group B(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference in the pain scores of different height groups(P>0.05).Conclusion : Tamsulosin(0.4mg)can effectively improve the frequency of nocturia and urgency after ureteral stent surgery and may improve urinary frequency and pain. With the same length of ureteral stent tube, the greater the ratio of ureteral length to stent tube length(The higher the height),the lighter the postoperative complications.
