Objective :To explore the correlation between the occurrence of BPD and vitamin D level in the preterm infants,The Literature analysis compared the vitamin D level of premature infants suffering from Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)with the preterm infants without BPD by systematic evaluation method,so as to provide evidence-based evidence for the prevention and treatment of BPD。Method :1.Using computer according to the Chinese and English retrieval terms searched China Knowledge Infrastructure Project(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,Pub Med Medical Literature Retrieval Service System,Biomedical Full Text Database,Web of Science Data Platform,The Cochrance Library, etc.Collected all literatures related to BPD and vitamin D in preterm infants from the establishment of relevant databases to January 2021。2.Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)literature quality assessment Scale was used for quality assessment, and the required data were extracted.Statistical software Stata16.0 was used for data analysis.Funnel-plot and Begg test were used to verify the existence of publication bias, and sensitivity analysis was used to evaluate the stability of included literature。3.For statistical data, the combined effect size was expressed as standardized mean difference(SMD)and its 95% confidence interval(95%CI);for statistical data, the combined effect size was expressed as odds ratio(OR)and its 95%CI。Results :1.After strict screening of literatures on BPD and vitamin D in premature infants,8 literatures(5 in Chinese and 3 in English)were included after careful reading of the titles, abstracts and full-text screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria;2.Two of the studies were about the correlation between vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency and BPD,including 152 BPD premature infants and 196non-BPD premature infants, after statistical analysis results were [OR =3.37,95% CI(1.72,6.62),P<0.050),showed that vitamin D deficiency or inadequate group incidence of BPD was obviously higher than that of sufficient vitamin D group, the results had statistical significance;3.Six studies on the relationship between the occurrence of BPD and the level of vitamin D,including 193 BPD premature infants and 713 non-BPD premature infants, through the statistical analysis results [SMD = 0.76,95% CI(0.94,0.58),P < 0.050),the premature birth vitamin D levels of BPD group was obviously lower than non-BPD group, difference had statistical significance。Conclusion :1.The risk of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants with low vitamin D levels at birth is higher than that in the normal group,The incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants is associated with vitamin D levels。2.Low vitamin D levels or even deficiency is a high risk factor for bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants, but further data are needed。...
