Objective1.By studying the clinical symptoms,working memory and family environment of children with ADHD,the relationship between the severity of clinical symptoms and family environment and working memory of children with different subtypes was investigated.2.According to the characteristics of working memory in children with ADHD and the neuropsychological mechanism of working memory,a computerized working memory training experiment program was designed.3.To investigate the effect of computerized working memory training in treatment of ADHD,and set two methods of tomoxetine and parent training as the control group,and compare and analyze the results of the three treatment methods.Methods1.Collection 67 cases of ADHD and 50 cases normal children matched age,gender as the research object,using the scale attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to assess the degree of clinical symptom and complete the grouping of different subtypes,using Conners parents evaluation questionnaire to assess children’s behavior problems and family environment scale to evaluate their family environment;using Digit span,Visuospatial memory,the Stroop colour word interference task,N-back paradigm,WCST test etc,evaluate the characteristics of their working memory.2.According to the characteristics of working memory of children with ADHD and the neuropsychological mechanism of working memory function,E-Prime2.0 psychological research software was selected to write the experimental program.3.The children with ADHD were divided into the experimental group and given working memory training,and the control group were given drug therapy and parental training intervention,respectively.The children were treated according to different programs for 6weeks.The clinical symptoms,working memory function and behavioral problems of the children were evaluated before and after treatment,and the treatment effects of the three groups were compared.Results1.The PSQ results showed that the ADHD group had significantly higher scores on the four factors of hyperactivity index,hyperactivity impulsiveness,learning problems,and conduct problems than the control group.When comparing different subtypes,ADHD-C group and ADHD-H group had higher scores on the three factors of hyperactivity index,hyperactivity impulsiveness,and conduct problems than the ADHD-I group(P<0.05);The number of reverse memorization in the number span was significantly lower in the ADHD group than in the control group(P< 0.05);The total score of visuospatial memory control group was higher than that of ADHD group.The accuracy of 1-back task in the ADHD group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference of reaction time between the two groups was not statistically significant.The number of WCST test completed in the ADHD group was lower than that in the control group,while the number of persistent errors was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total number of Stroop color word interference task reading in ADHD group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the number of errors and corrections was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in working memory factors of different subtypes among the three groups;The scores of emotional expression,success,independence,intimacy and entertainment in the family environment scale were significantly lower in the ADHD group than in the control group(P <0.05),the scores of contradiction and control were higher than those of the control group,and there was no significant difference among different subtypes among three groups.2.Age was negatively correlated with the severity of clinical symptoms,and the correlation between age and hyperactivity factor was more significant(r=-0.28,P < 0.05).The severity of clinical symptoms was negatively correlated with memory function factors such as 1-back accuracy,WSCT classification completion number and Stroop reading total number.Among family environmental factors,emotional expression,knowledge,success,intimacy,entertainment and organization were positively correlated with the severity of clinical core symptoms,while contradiction was negatively correlated with the severity.3.Working memory training,tomoxetine hydrochloride and parental training can all achieve remarkable effects in the treatment of ADHD(P < 0.01).The drug improved the core symptoms better than the other two methods.Working memory training improved the working memory function of children more significantly than the other two treatments.Parental training can significantly improve children’s behavior problems(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.In addition to the clinical symptoms,ADHD children also have behavioral problems such as conduct disorder and learning disorder,among which ADHD-H and ADHD-C behavioral problems are more significant.2.The working memory dysfunction of children with ADHD is widespread,and there is no markedly difference between different subtypes.3.Symptoms such as inattention and hyperactivity impulsivity were alleviated with age,and hyperactivity impulsivity improved more obviously than inattention.The severity of clinical symptoms was negatively correlated with working memory function.4.Working memory training,tomoxetine hydrochloride and parental training can all achieve remarkable effects in the treatment of ADHD.The effect of Tomoxetine on core symptoms was better than the other two methods.Working memory training improved the working memory function of children more significantly than the other two treatments.Parental training can significantly improve children’s behavior problems. |
