| Objective: to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of FD by systematic review and Meta analysis, and to evaluate the literature quality, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of FD,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of FD by systematic review and Meta analysis,it can provide some references for the clinical research and treatment of FD.Date and methods: keywords were selected and criteria for consistency of inclusion and deletion were established.Using the method of computer searching and manual searching,we searched the literature of the clinical controlled trials of chaishao liujunzi decoction for FD from the establishment of the database to the publication of 2021 in March,revmanager5.3 software was used to evaluate the available data and the quality of the literature. The literature was then Meta-analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Rev Manager5.3 in the treatment of FD,the difference of curative effect between Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and conventional Western medicine was systematically analyzed to provide evidence-based evidence for the clinical efficacy of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of the disease, and to highlight the unique advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Results: a total of 461 related literatures were retrieved and 20 randomized controlled clinical studies were included.A total of 1874 patients were included, including 680 patients in the observation group and 590 in the control group Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with Western medicine as the Observation Group 307 cases, control group 297 cases. The quality of the studies included was generally low and the risk of bias was high. The results of Meta-analysis showed that, compared with the control group, chaishao Liujunzi decoction has a better curative effect on FD in improving the total effective rate(or = 4.45,95% CL [3.12,6.35,p < 0.00001])and improving the total score of symptoms(WMD =-3.0495% CI [-3.28,-2.80],p < 0.000001),however,the treatment group did not show significant advantages in reducing the 6-month recurrence rate and safety due to the low quality of the literature and small sample size Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of FD was superior to the control group in improving the overall effective rate(or = 5.98,95% CI [2.71,13.22],p <0.00001),improving the total score of symptoms(WMD =-1.0295% CI [-1.08,-0.96],p <0.00001),and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions(or = 0.08,95% CI = 0.02,0.32).Conclusion: Chaishao Liujunzi decoction is superior to traditional Western medicine in the treatment of FD,which can improve the total clinical efficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients, however, due to the small sample size and high bias risk in the original literature, the accuracy and reliability of the results were affected, and the outcome indexes of physical and chemical level test, single symptom score, gastric motility test, recurrence rate, evaluation of quality of life, anxiety and depression scale are not enough or lack,it is recommended to develop a multi-center,well-designed Randomized controlled trial with adequate sample size and complete outcome indicators,to standardize diagnostic criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria strictly, and to use appropriate random sequence generation methods, the distribution scheme hiding was strengthened, the blind method was used as far as possible, and the completeness of the results of the report was paid attention to and followed up. |
