| Objective: In the process of promoting urban-rural integration and coordinated development in China,there are great differences in social and economic conditions,behavior and living habits,and medical and health resources enjoyed by urban and rural residents.According to the Healthy China 2030 Development Plan,research and intervention on common mental disorders and behavioral problems such as depression and anxiety have been put on the agenda.This study from the perspective of urban and rural differences,urban and rural areas in Liaoning province of anxiety and depression in patients with heart disease prevalence and differences,and carries on the comparison to its impact factor analysis,thus to eliminate the negative emotions of heart patients,and implementation of a certain means for effective psychological intervention,to improve the mental health status of the patients with heart disease to provide theory basis.In the current process of promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,the coordinated development of urban and rural areas still faces huge challenges.There are great differences between urban and rural areas in infrastructure construction,residents’ social and economic conditions,behavior and living habits,and medical and health resources enjoyed.Methods: Stratified random sampling method was adopted in this study.Community and village were randomly selected in three cities in Liaoning as the investigation site.Patients with heart disease meeting the inclusion criteria were selected for self-filled questionnaire survey.A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out in this study,and 407 questionnaires were finally recovered,with an effective response rate of 81.4%.In this study,patients’ anxiety,depression symptoms were measured by GAD(the Generalized Anxiety Disorder)and PHQ(the Patient Health Questionnaire),and MMAS(Morisky Medication Adherence Scale),PSS(Perceived Stress Scale)and PSSS(Perceived Social Support Scale)was used to measure patients’ psychosocial factors.The general condition was used to investigate demographic factors in patients with heart disease.SPSS 22.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Results: The results of this study showed that the detection rates of anxiety and depression were 32.9% and 35.7% respectively,and the combined symptoms were 20.3%.The detection rates of anxiety and depression symptoms were 26.2% and 29.7% respectively,and the combined symptoms were 30.2%.Urban and rural areas in Liaoning province of patients with heart disease in many basic variables(month income,educational level,medical negative way,and physical exercise)show significant differences,many factors,according to the results with other chronic diseases as well as three social psychological factors(medication adherence,stress and social support)in urban and rural areas of anxiety symptoms with statistical significance(P<0.05).The duration of disease and three psychosocial factors(medication compliance,perceived stress,perceived social support)had statistical significance in depressive symptoms in urban and rural areas(P<0.05).Income level alone had statistical significance in anxiety symptoms in urban areas(P<0.05),and disease duration and exercise alone had statistical significance(P<0.05)in anxiety symptoms in rural areas.Chronic disease was statistically significant for depressive symptoms in urban areas(P<0.05),while exercise alone was statistically significant for depressive symptoms in rural areas(P<0.05).Conclusion: Anxiety and depression are common in patients with heart disease in urban and rural areas of Liaoning Province.There are both common and different factors affecting the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients with heart disease in urban and rural areas of Liaoning Province.The common factors affecting anxiety symptoms in patients included the presence or absence of other chronic diseases and three psychosocial factors(medication compliance,perceived stress,and perceived social support).Income was the influencing factor for anxiety symptoms of patients with heart disease in urban areas,while course of disease and exercise were the influencing factors for anxiety symptoms of patients with heart disease in rural areas.The common factors affecting depressive symptoms in patients included course of illness and three psychosocial factors(medication compliance,perceived stress,and perceived social support).Whether chronic disease affects depressive symptoms in patients with heart disease in urban areas and exercise affects depressive symptoms in patients with heart disease in rural areas.According to the difference and common ground of influencing factors,countermeasures should be put forward for heart disease patients in urban areas and rural areas respectively.Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis for eliminating the negative emotions of patients with heart disease,implementing effective psychological intervention and improving the mental health of patients with heart disease. |
