| Objective: To use questionnaires to understand the motivation and needs of patients with diabetes for the use of the WeChat official account,and to analyze the medication compliance,influencing factors,and the status of the reserve of diabetes-related knowledge of patients who are concerned about the "Diabetes Companion" WeChat official account.Discuss the influencing factors of diabetes patients’ medication compliance that pay attention to the medical WeChat public account,and combine the current management mode of my country’s primary hospitals for diabetes patients,and propose targeted recommendations to improve patient medication compliance and improve the effect of diabetes health education.Methods: Use "Diabetes Companion" WeChat official account to publish questionnaires,including general basic information questionnaire,self-made WeChat official account use motivation and diabetes prevention and treatment related knowledge questionnaire,diabetes medication compliance questionnaire,diabetes patients(adults)The knowledge scale consists of four parts.Using SPSS22.0 software to process and analyze the survey data,statistical methods include: descriptive analysis,percentage,two independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,unconditional Logistic regression analysis,etc.Results: 1.Among the 1184 valid questionnaires,the proportion of males was 67.3% and the proportion of females was 32.7%.The age of the followers is mainly concentrated in the 26-60 year old group,accounting for 86.7% of the total number.The main motivation of followers is to obtain communication and interaction(74.7%)and to obtain health information(72.8%).The channels for paying attention to the official account are mainly introduced by friends or circle of friends(46.8%).The main purpose of paying attention to the official account is to share the sugar control stories of diabetic patients(66.1%)and understand diabetes diet knowledge(66.7%).More than 90% of the followers believe that the WeChat official account is useful and can obtain some knowledge about diabetes prevention and treatment.2.Good medication compliance of diabetic patients accounted for 0.9%.Compliance was moderate in 26.4%,and poor in 72.7%.3.There was a statistically significant difference in medication compliance scores between patients of different genders,different ages,different lengths of illness,and different occupations(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the educational level and monthly income of the patients(P>0.05).4.The knowledge reserve of diabetic patients,from the eight dimensions,the correct answer rate is not high.Conclusion:1.The medical WeChat public account can effectively help patients learn diabetes medication and sugar control knowledge,and obtain scientific diet and exercise methods.2.Patients who follow the "Diabetes Companion" WeChat official account have low medication compliance.3.The patient’s knowledge of diabetes health is not ideal. |
