| Objective: We analyzed and compared the comprehensive efficacy of axillary lymph node dissection(MALND)and conventional axillary lymph node dissection(CALND)of suspension hook without CO2 cavity in the treatment of early breast cancer Methods: This study is a retrospective study,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the follow-up to September 2018 in September 2020 in shengjing hospital,China medical university second breast surgical diagnosis and treatment of 48 cases from chamber suspension hook milk cavity mirror axillary lymph nodes were performed(MALND)group of breast cancer patients as experimental group,37 cases of normal axillary lymph node cleaning technique of breast cancer patients as control group(CALND),2 patients using independent sample T test analysis in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative,extubation time,drain lymph node cleaning effect,Chi-square test was used to analyze and compare the incidence of postoperative complications(lymphedema,subcutaneous effusion,subcutaneous gas accumulation,infection,skin ischemia and necrosis,physical examination movement disorders,and paresthesia in the upper medial arm)between the two groups.Results: The operation time of MALND group was significantly higher than that of CALND group(161.8±51.3)(t=3.604,P=0.001).The postoperative total drainage volume of MALND group(124±80.7)was significantly lower than that of CALND group(182.8±122.5)(t=2.498,P=0.015).Postoperative lymphedema in MALND group(8 cases)was significantly lower than that in CALND group(14 cases)(chi-square value was6.548,P=0.038).In the investigation of postoperative upper medial arm sensory disturbance,pain in the MALND group(9 cases)was significantly lower than that in the CLAND group(17 cases)(chi-square value: 9.087,P=0.011),and hypoesthesia in the MALND group(7 cases)was significantly lower than that in the CALND group(13cases)(chi-square value: 6.549,P=0.038).Conclusion: In the treatment of early breast cancer,axillary lymph node dissection with free air cavity suspension hook is characterized by less surgical injury,faster postoperative recovery,significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative lymphedema,paresthesia and other major complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
