Objective:To investigate the clinical validity and security of remote ischemic postconditioning in the treatment of acute large artery artherosclerosis stroke.Method:Patients with acute large artery atherosclerosis stroke were stochasti divided into experimental group(on the basis of routine neurology treatment treatment, ischemia postconditioning therapy instrument was used)and conrol group(Routine neurology treatment).Using NIHSS,m RS,BIevaluate the improvementof neurological deficit, functional recovery and daily living ability at admission,1moth after admission,3moth after admission and 6moth after admission.Result:Through the comparison of the two groups after treatment, the experimental group received diagnosis and treatment for 1month,3month,6month after the NIHSS、m RS and BI were significantly improved from the admission.(p<0.05),and the effect began to show within one month, the efficacy lasted for more than 6month,the control group did not show effect until 3month,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The adverse reactions between the two groups were mainly manifested in abnormal liver function,3.45% in the experimental group and 10.43% in the control group. There is a disparity between the two sets of figures.(p<0.05).Conclusion:The use of remote ischemia adaptation instrument in the early treatment of patients with acute large artery artherosclerosis stroke is helpful to promote the recovery of neurological function, and the efficacy is continuous and stable. At the same time,it can reduce the incidence of abnormal liver function. The operation is simple, convenient and has high compliance.
