Objectives: To evaluate and observe the therapeutic effects and related influencing factors and adverse effects of different courses of sublingual immunotherapy used in the treatment of patients with different types of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 115 patients with allergic rhinitis were diagnosed in our hospital from January,2014 to December,2016.There were 50 cases in the single sensitization group,65 cases in polyallergen sensitized groups.According to the length of treatment, they were divided into 6-12 months group,12-24 months group and more than 24 months group, and the treatment was completed Follow up after 2 years.By comparing and analyzing the VAS,TNSS,and TMS of patients with allergic rhinitis before receiving SLIT and during follow-up,and recording adverse reactions, completing the evaluation of treatment effects and analyzing related influencing factors. Results: Compared with the pre-SLIT treatment, the three evaluation indexes were significantly lower in all three groups of patients with different courses of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant before treatment and at follow-up(P < 0.05).pre-and post-treatment VAS in the single allergy group in the 6-12 months course,12-24 months course and >24 months course: [5.00(5.00;6.00),4.00(3.00;5.00)],[6.00(5.00;6.00),2.00(1.00;3.00)] and [5.00(5.00;6.50),2.00(1.25;2.00)];TNSS: [6.00(6.00;7.00),4.00(3.00;6.00)],[7.00(6.00;7.00),2.00(1.00;4.00)] and [6.50(4.50;7.00),2.00(1.25;2.00)];TMS: [4.00(4.00;4.00),3.00(1.00;4.00)],[4.00(4.00;4.00),0.00(0.00;1.00)] and [ 3.50(2.25;4.00),0.50(0.00;1.00)];the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)before and after comparing different treatment groups in the 6-12 months course,12-24 months course and >24 months course in the multiple allergy group: [5.00(5.00;6.00),4.00(2.00.(5.00)],[6.00(5.00;7.00),3.00(2.00;4.00)] and[6.00(5.50;6.00),2.00(1.50;2.00)];TNSS: [6.00(6.00;7.00),4.00(3.00;6.00)],[6.00(4.00;7.00),3.00(2.00;4.00)] and [6.00(6.00;6.50),2.00(1.50,2.50)];TMS: [4.00(3.50;4.00),3.00(1.50;3.00)],[4.00(4.00;4.00),2.00(3.00;1.00)] and [3.50(2.25;4.00),1.00(1.00;2.00)];the differences were statistically significant when comparing before and after different treatment groups(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference between the VAS,TNSS,TMS between the single allergy group and the multiple allergy group at the follow-up of the same treatment course, and the efficacy of single consistent allergen treatment for different types of allergic rhinitis was comparable(P > 0.05).Only two cases showed minor adverse effects. Conclusions: Sublingual immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, and the efficacy can be obtained at the end of the treatment course and remain stable in the long term.Sublingual dust mite drops therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis in both single and multiple allergies, and there is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between single and multiple allergies;this treatment method has few adverse effects and high safety. The longer the treatment time, the better the effect.
