Objective: To systematically evaluate the effects of amisulpride and other antipsychotics on the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Method: Through the query timeline from 1995 to the present,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library, web of science,CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other Chinese and foreign literature big data, collect randomized controlled trials on the effects of amisulpride and other antipsychotics on the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia,2researchers will control and screen the collected documents and data according to the inclusion criteria of this article,in the end,the database document in accordance with the research conditions is proposed to use the bias risk assessment system of Cochrane Collaboration, and extract and analyze the core content and information of the literature and the relevant scores of the cognitive function test, use Rev Man5.3 software for Meta analysis, and summarize it with related forest diagrams and funnel diagrams. Results: The final number of articles included in the study was 17,8 Chinese articles and9 English articles, involving a total of 2531 patients. There are 5 papers reporting WCST,3 papers reporting Stroop,2 papers reporting TMT,3 papers reporting MCCB,3 papers reporting SANS,11 papers reporting the PANSS positive score,11 papers reporting the PANSS negative score,6 papers reporting the PANSS General Psychopathological Scale score,6 papers reporting the PANSS total score and 8 articles reporting BPRS.Meta-analysis results suggest: WCST-average difference in the number of correct responses MD is 1.2 [95%CI(0.40,2.01)],P=0.004<0.05,WCST-average difference in the number of persistent errors MD is-5.38 [95%CI(-7.66,-3,11)],P<0.00001,PANSS negative scale score average difference MD is-0.98 [95%CI(-1.87,-0.09)],P=0.03<0.05,PANSS positive scale score average difference MD is-0.61 [95%CI(-1.08,-0.15)],P=0.01 < 0.05,the average difference MD of SANS total evaluation is-8.58[95%CI(-10.14,-7.02)],P =<0.00001,regarding the above scale scores, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.WCST-total number average difference MD is-5.11 [95%CI(-10.58,0.36],P=0.07>0.05,WCST-error response number average difference MD is-2.81 [95%CI(-10.63,5.00))],P=0.48>0.05,WCST-average difference of non-persistent errors MD is 1.10 [95%CI(-4.93,7.14)],P=0.72>0.05,WCST-average difference of classifications MD is 0.31[95%CI(-0.10,0.72)],P=0.14>0.05,stroop word average difference MD is-0.87[95%CI(-16.88,15.14)],P=0.92>0.05,stroop color average difference MD is-4.10[95%CI(-13.70,5.50)],P=0.40>0.05,the average difference of stroop color words is-3.86 [95%CI(-11.84,4.11)],P=0.34>0.05,TMT-A average difference MD is-1.50[95%CI(-20.36,17.36)],P=0.88>0.05,TMT-B average difference MD is-3.38 [95%CI(-65.78,59.02)],P=0.92>0.05,MCCB-connection test average difference MD is 0.94[95%CI(-7.52,9.41)],P=0.83>0.05,PANSS general psychopathology scale average difference MD is-0.47 [95%CI(-1.89,0.95)],P=0.52>0.05,the average difference of PANSS total score MD is-1.30 [95%CI(-3.95,1.35)],P=0.34>0.05,the average difference of BPRS MD Is-0.92 [95%CI(-3.21,1.36)],P=0.43>0.05,there is no statistical significance in the above scale scores between the two groups. Conclusion: Compared with other antipsychotics,Amisulpride has positive therapeutic advantages in correcting cognitive deficits in patients with schizophrenia, especially in terms of cognitive flexibility and executive functions related to abstract reasoning,at the same time, compared with other antipsychotics, the drug has advantages in improving positive and negative symptoms, and the effect is definite.Looking forward to the future, there will be a larger sample size, multiple centers, sufficient evaluation indicators and long-term follow-up clinical research experiments to further confirm.
