Objective: By measuring the signal intensity of Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI and liver volume, the relevant parameters were quantitatively calculated by the formula, analyze the correlation between these parameters and liver function classification,so as to evaluate liver function and its clinical application value, aiming at guiding clinical practice. Methods: A total of 225 patients who underwent gadolinic acid disodium enhanced magnetic resonance scanning in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2020 were collected.According to the income patient requirements of this study,a total of 74 eligible patients were screened out.Among them,74 patients underwent PMEX dynamic enhanced scan and hematologic examination within 7 days.Grouped according to blood parameters and relevant indicators, divided into no cirrhosis group and Child-Pugh A group, the Child-Pugh B group, the Child-Pugh C group, application of 3 d Slicer software measuring liver volume(LV)and liver lobe volume(r LV),the application of magnetic resonance imaging workstation measure each leaf and liver with sma level on the right side of vertical and spleen on scan period and the period of liver signal intensity(SIpre,SIpost).Calculate the relevant parameters according to the calculation formula, and use SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis on the data. The correlation between liver function-related parameters and liver function classification is determined by Spearman’s correlation coefficient. One Way analysis of variance(0NE Way ANOVA)was used to analyze and compare the differences between groups in liver function grading. The above statistical analysis uses P<0.05 as the difference is statistically significant.Result: There was no significant correlation between liver function grade and LV,Re*LV,△ LSR,△LSR*LV(P>0.05).Liver function grade was significantly correlated with RE,HUI/V,HUI*V,HUI,△LMR,△LMR*V(P<0.05),and HUI/V,HUI*V,△LMR,△ LMR*V and liver function grade were negatively correlated with the correlation coefficients of-0.283,-0.274,-0.271,-0.234,-0.243,respectively.RE,HUI,HUI,HUI * V/V,delta(,delta V(" * " is accord with normal distribution of measurement data, using one-way ANOVA,only RE the parameters,P < 0.05,suggesting that RE in liver function grade difference is significant between each group,by statistical analysis of the Child-level Pugh C group and the other three groups(no cirrhosis,Child-Pugh A grade group, the Child-Pugh B)has significant differences(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference between the non-cirrhosis group, the Child-Pugh grade A group and the Child-Pugh grade B group. Conclusions: 1.Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI signal intensity combined with liver lobulation volume has advantages in quantitative assessment of liver lobulation function compared with independent parameters in liver function assessment;2.The liver signal intensity parameter combined with the signal intensity of spleen and muscle to calculate the hepatocyte uptake rate, which has a stronger correlation with the quantitative calculation of liver function and liver function grading.
