| ObjectiveThe course of functional dyspepsia is repeated for several months or years.It’s symptoms sometimes slight or sometimes serious.Patients are often with mental stress and psychological go down.These records can have found in relevant literature.Western medicine has not been cleared about its etiology and pathogenesis.The main consideration is visceral sensitivity and gastrointestinal motility.But traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on its symptoms and characteristics.Treatment according to syndrome differentiation.So,the curative effect is more obvious than the Western Medicine.Its symptoms are not easy to repeat and less side effects.So,compare with Western Medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine is more suitable for the modern people to treatment of disease.The purpose of this study is to promote the application of Professor Lao Shao Xian’s successful experience.To promote the application of his theoretical system and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.For the benefit of more patients and to improve the clinical efficacy.MethodsIt is depending on section for outpatients copying,noting and read some books.Collecting Professor Lao Shao Xian’s cases.Regularly interviews and summing up effective experiences.Systematic study the clinical treatment methods of Lao Shao Xian.We proving that the curative effect of Professor Lao uses the prescription to treat the functional dyspepsia.Functional dyspepsia pays more attention to the disharmony between liver and stomach in the current situation of TCM treatment.Therefore,68 cases of functional dyspepsia with disharmony of liver and stomach were treated by the Shu Gun He Wei Fang,one of the experience prescription of Professor Lao.After2 weeks of the treatment,use the Functional dyspepsia scale(FDDQL)Chinese version.The total score of patients before treatment and after 1 courses of treatment was recorded in a unified form.Then evaluation of patient’s the quality of life and the degree of improvement before and after the treatment.Results1.Professor Lao consider that the position of functional dyspepsia is liver,spleen and stomach.The basis of the disease is spleen deficiency.Qi stagnation is the condition of its disease.Therefore,the basic pathogenesis is spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.So that,Professor Lao Shao Xian believes that the basic way to treat functional dyspepsia is to strengthening the spleen and the stomach.Professor Lao use the characteristics of this disease machine then emphasizing the important treatment for functional dyspepsia is regulating qi.The method of regulating qi is more suitable for all kinds of symptoms of functional dyspepsia.2.Among the 68 patients with functional dyspepsia,liver and stomach disharmony type.The FDDQL was used before and 2 weeks after treatment.The results showed that the total score of FDDQL(P<0.05)before and after treatment was statistically significant.ConclusionProfessor Lao Shao Xian’s diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice mainly consists of three parts:The core of thinking,“New connotation of four diagnosis”,and “preventive treatment of disease”.Seize the center of gravity.Treatment according to syndrome differentiation.It is proposed that FD is mainly divided into 8 types: Liver-stomach disharmony,stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,retention of food and drink,retention of phlegmatic dampness,damp heat in the spleen and the stomach,deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach,deficiency of stomach yin and blood stasis of stomach.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.It was found that the difference in the efficiency of the treatment group was statistically significant.Professor Lao Shao Xian’s prescription of “shu gan he wei” was applied to the treatment of FD liver and stomach disharmony type patients.Have a certain extension value. |
