Clinical Study Of The Five Elements Music Of Jiao Tune Combined With Medicine In The Intervention Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of the five elements music of jiao tune combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder,Zuojin Pill and rabeprazole in the intervention of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),as well as its influence on the mental state and quality of life of patients.MethodsFrom August 2020 to February 2021,60 cases of GERD patients with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The control group was treated with lifestyle adjustment,rabeprazole and traditional Chinese medicine,while the treatment group was treated with the five elements music of jiao tune on the basis of the control group,once a day,five times a week as a course of treatment.The two groups were observed for 4 weeks,and relevant scales were filled in before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect.ResultsAfter treatment,the comprehensive efficacy of major symptoms and the total effective rate of syndrome score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the scores of primary symptom,secondary symptom and syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than before(P<0.05),while the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were not significantly different before and after treatment(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.In terms of quality of survival,the six dimensions scores of reported Health Transition(HT),Role-Emotional(RE),Bodily Pain(BP),Mental Health(MH),Vitality(VT)and General Health(GH)in the experimental group were improved after treatment(P <0.05),while there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of RE,BP and GH in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).ConclusionThe five elements music of jiao tune can improve the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Zuojin Pill in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with heat stagnation syndrome in the liver and stomach.It has a good relieving effect on anxiety and depression,and improves the quality of life of patients with RE and BP.It has unique characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine and is worthy of clinical application.
