Analysis Of Professor Jin Fengli’s Medication Rule For Dysmenorrhea Based On Data Mining

Objective:By following Professor Jin Feng Li’s clinical tutor,we collected effective cases and prescriptions for dysmenorrhea,and analyzed Professor Jin Feng Li’s medication rules for dysmenorrhea by using data mining technology.Objective to summarize the medication rules and characteristics of Professor Jin Feng Li in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,so as to better guide clinical medication and further improve the curative effect of dysmenorrhea.Methods:The effective medical records and prescriptions of Professor Jin Feng Li in the treatment of dysmenorrhea were collected and standardized.The "medical records database of Professor Jin Feng Li in the treatment of dysmenorrhea" was established by using Microsoft Office Excel and TCISS,and then the medication rules were studied through the relevant data mining function of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform.Results:1.The majority of dysmenorrhea patients in the outpatient department of Professor Jin Feng Li were mainly 25-34 yeas old,accounting for 44.27% of the total number of dysmenorrhea patients,with 214 cases of secondary dysmenorrhea,and 172 cases of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis(adenomyosis).The main type of dysmenorrhea was Qi deficiency and blood stasis,accounting for 49.18% of the total number of medical cases.In primary dysmenorrhea,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was the most common,accounting for 76 cases,in EMT(AM)dysmenorrhea,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was the most common,accounting for 151 cases,in SPID dysmenorrhea,the treatment of stasis dampness syndrome,was the most common,accounting for 37 cases2.The prescriptions for dysmenorrhea included shared 120 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the TCMISS was found that the four Qi herbs were mainly warm herbs;the meridian tropism was mainly liver meridian herbs,spleen meridian herbs and heart meridian herbs;the five herbs were mainly bitter herbs,sweet herbs and pungent herbs;the drug efficacy was mainly tonifying deficiency herbs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis herbs;there were 10 core medicines,namely Dang Gui,Bai Shao,Chai Hu,Bai Zhu,Fu Ling,Huang Qi,San Qi,E’Zhu,Gao Ben,Gan Cao.3.Using the association rules analysis of TCMISS,it is found that the high-frequency drug combinations for dysmenorrheal include: "Bai Zhu,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Fu Ling","Fu Ling,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Dang Gui,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Gan Cao,Fu Ling,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Gan Cao,Chai Hu,Fu Ling,San Qi".4.Using the Entropyclustering analysis of TCMISS,it is found that 8 new rescr iptions:The new prescription 1 is E’Zhu,Gao Ben,Bo He,Mu Li,Shui Zhi;The new prescri ption 2 is Bai Shao,Fu Ling,Sheng Ma,Chi Shao,Bai Hua She She Cao,Ren Dong Teng;The new prescription 3 is Gui Zhi,Shao Yao,Jiang Huang,Yan Hu Suo;The new prescription 4 is Bei Sha Shen,Gan Cao,Gou Qi Zi,Shan Zhu Yu,Shu Di Huang;The new prescription 5 is Chuan Xiong,Xu Duan,Chen Pi,Huang Qi;The new prescription 6 is Cang Zhu,Dou Kou,Guan g Huo Xiang,Tong Cao;The new prescription 7 is Gao Ben,Bo He,Jiang Huang,Shan Zhu Yu,Shan Yao;The new prescription 8 is Mu Li,E’Zhu,Shui Zhi,Huang Qi,Chuan Xiong,Xiang Fu.5.This study found that there are 8 kinds of core drugs for the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome: Jiang Huang,Chuan Xiong,Dang Gui,Bai Shao,Gan Cao,Chai Hu,Fu Ling,San Qi;The study found that 7 drugs were used as the core drugs for treating dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis:Fu Ling,San Qi,Bai Shao,Gan Cao,Dang Gui,Chai Hu,Bai Zhu;This study found that there are9 kinds of core drugs in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome:Fu Ling,E’Zhu,Chai Hu,Shui Zhi,Bai Zhu,Huang Qi,Dang Gui,San Qi,Gan Cao;This study found that there are 6 kinds of core drugs for the treatment of stasis dampness syndrome: Chai Hu,Bai Zhu,Fu Ling,Dang Gui,San Qi,Gan Cao.6.By the Data Mining,Professor Jin Feng Li often used Tongjing Decoction to treat primary dysmenorrhea;Neiyixiaozheng Decoction to treat dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis(adenomyosis);Penyantongluo Decoction to treat dysmenorrhea caused by sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Conclusion:1.Professor Jin Feng Li pays attention to harmonizing the liver and spleen in the diagnosis and treatment of dysmenorrhea,which embodies the therapeutic ideas and medication rules of removing blood stasis and promoting stagnation,dredging collaterals to relieve pain,strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors.The pathological factors such as Qi deficiency,cold coagulation,qi stagnation and dampness evil were modified according to the syndrome;cold and warm were used simultaneously,both attack and tonic were applied,and the specimens were taken into account in the treatment.2.There were 10 core medicines for dysmenorrhea,namely Dang Gui,Bai Shao,ChaiHu,Bai Zhu,Fu Ling,Huang Qi,San Qi,E’Zhu,Gao Ben,Gan Cao.3.It is found that the high-frequency drug combinations for dysmenorrheal include: "Bai Zhu,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Fu Ling","Fu Ling,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Dang Gui,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Gan Cao,Fu Ling,San Qi","Bai Zhu,Gan Cao,Chai Hu,Fu Ling,San Qi".4.For the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,the drugs of warming and cooling,removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals and Qi are used for pain relief;for pelvic endometriosis(adenomyopathy),dysmenorrhea is mainly used to help Qi and strengthen the blood stasis and relieve pain and promote blood circulation and eliminate the disease;the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases is mainly to activate blood circulation,remove heat and remove dampness,and Tongluo painkiller.
