The Clinical Effect Observation On Treatment Of Children Indigestion Of Spleen Deficiency And Liver Prosperity Syndrome By Keeping The Spleen In Motion And Smoothing The Liver

Objective: By observing the effect of the tutor’s clinical prescription Qingzhu Drink,which has the function of keeping the spleen in motion and smoothing the liver,on the treatment of infantile indigestion of spleen deficiency and liver prosperity.To discuss the clinical effect of Qingzhu Drink in the remedy of indigestion of spleen deficiency and liver prosperity.To provide experience in the treatment of indigestion,and to provide the reference and train of thought for the clinical selection of prescription drugs.Methods:72 children with indigestion of spleen deficiency and liver prosperity were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Qingzhu drink oral administration,the control group was given Huaji oral liquid oral administration,four days as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses of treatment,respectively after the end of each course of symptoms quantitative score.Finally,through the statistical software SPSS23.0 objective analysis the differences between the two groups and the single group before and after treatment.To evaluate the effect of Qingzhu Drink,and then explore the rationality of keeping the spleen in motion and smoothing the live.Results:Qingzhu Drink can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of children with spleen deficiency and liver prosperity.1.The total effective rates of the treatment group were 87.87% and 93.93%respectively after taking Qingzhu Drink for 4 days and 8 days,while those of the control group were 66.67% and 86.67% severally after taking Huaji oral liquid for 4 days and 8days.2.After the treatment,the two groups were compared respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which showing that two groups of medication could efficaciously ameliorate the symptoms of infant with indigestion.After the treatment,the two groups will be compared again,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In consideration of the mean and other results,it showed that the total efficacy of the treatment group was preferable to the control group.3.Syndrome comparison:After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that Qingzhu Drink was significantly different from the control group in terms of amelioratng the overall syndromes,major syndromes,and minor syndromes of children with stagnant spleen deficiency and liver prosperity type(P<0.05).The treatment group Significantly better than the control group.After treatment,intra-group comparison was made between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),which meaning that the prescriptions of the two groups could ameliorate the overall syndrome,major syndrome and minor syndrome of children with indigestion.4.TCM clinical symptom integral comparison:The curative effect of the treatment group on diet,irritability,abdominal distension and pain was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no remarkable difference in the curative effect on vomiting,stool,restlessness of sleep and complexion between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.The method of keeping the spleen in motion and smoothing the liver has obvious curative effect on children with stagnant spleen deficiency and liver prosperity,which can be used for reference.6.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:1.Qingzhu Drink has a definite effect on spleen deficiency and prosperity of liver syndrome,and has a good regulating effect on spleen and stomach.2.The method of keeping the spleen in motion and smoothing the liver has a good theory for the treatment of stasis,and the curative effect is outstanding,which is suitable for the characteristics of children’s physique and disease.The method of keeping the spleen in motion and smoothing the liver has positive significance for the treatment of indigestion.
