Objective On the basis of searching and reading a large number of Chinese and English articles on the job satisfaction and job burnout of doctors in medical institutions,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of job burnout of doctors in Shandong county-level public hospitals.At the same time,it was based on the theory of social ecology and resource conservation.,To conduct research and investigation on the individual,interpersonal,organizational,and community situations of the surveyed physicians,so as to evaluate the degree of influence of these factors,and provide data support for further countermeasures and suggestions for improving the status quo of physicians’ burnout.Methods There are three parts in this questionnaire,the first part is the personal factors questionnaire,the second part is the Masler job burnout scale,the third part is a summary of the factors affecting job burnout questionnaire.After the completion of the questionnaire survey,the survey results were directly derived through the questionnaire star,and the use of SPSS22.0 analysis of data.Results The results showed that 63.5% of the doctors in county hospitals in Shandong Province had burnout symptoms,of which 31.5% had high burnout in three dimensions,23.6% had high burnout in 23 dimensions and 54.7% had high burnout in 33 dimensions.In the aspect of influencing factors of job burnout,the single factor analysis shows that the personal related factors mainly include: academic background,department,Professional Title,Employment Style,age,working years.Factor analysis shows that there are 6 factors that affect physician burnout,including: Hospital Management Factor,work load factor,doctor-patient relationship factor,living condition factor.On the basis of factor analysis,the weight of each factor was calculated by structural equation model,and the most important factors were determined.Among them: emergency physician,intermediate title,Emotional Fatigue Status Serious,satisfied with hospital management,no medical errors and complaints of patients,emotional fatigue status light;Physicians with 10-20 years’ experience in internal medicine,surgery and medicine have a serious sense of apathy,while those with intermediate professional title and less than 10years’ experience have a serious sense of unaccomplishment.Conclusion Firstly,job burnout is common among doctors in county-level public hospitals in Shandong Province.Secondly,the analysis of the influencing factors of job burnout shows that individual,interpersonal,organizational,community and other aspects will have an impact on physicians.On the one hand,it suggests that medical institutions and relevant departments should pay attention to the working conditions of doctors in county-level public hospitals,and timely understand the status of doctors’ job burnout through regular psychological tests.On the other hand,medical institutions should pay attention to some key departments and key groups in hospitals,strengthen the prevention against these groups,increase some training courses in psychological quality,and guide doctors to release bad emotions.Finally,medical institutions and relevant departments should start from the influencing factors and take timely measures to intervene physicians’ job burnout.By creating a good practice environment and building a good hospital culture,the pressure from the organizational level can be alleviated.By providing humanistic care and strengthening publicity and guidance,the family and social pressure of doctors can be alleviated,creating the work atmosphere and social environment of respecting doctors and respecting doctors.
