| ObjectiveBy investigating the circadian rhythm and six meridian constitution information of patients with type 2 diabetes,analyzing and evaluating the correlation between the circadian rhythm and the six meridian constitution and the blood sugar control of type 2diabetes,it provides theoretical and evidence-based evidence for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.MethodsRandomly select inpatients with type 2 diabetes in the Endocrinology Department of the First Clinical Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and enroll 401 cases.The morning-night type scale and the six meridian body mass scale were used to evaluate the circadian rhythm type and six meridians of type 2 diabetic patients.Physique type.At the same time,collect the patient’s general information and diabetesrelated biochemical indicators.In terms of grouping of cases,based on the morning typenight type scale and the six meridian body mass scale,they are divided into early morning type,intermediate type,night type and Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin,and Jueyin.In this study,SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Results1.The distribution of diurnal types of patients with type 2 diabetes was 16 early morning,56 moderate early morning,153 intermediate,101 moderate night,and 75 absolute night,which was significantly different from healthy people.2.Comparison between different circadian rhythm types:2.1 Comparison of general information: There are significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,and BMI between different circadian rhythm types,and there is no significant difference in the proportion of insulin use.Based on age,it is divided into elderly group,middle-aged group,and youth group.Within different age stratifications,there is no significant difference in gender,BMI,and insulin usage ratio between different circadian rhythm types.The course of disease is significantly different in the middle-aged group.There is no significant difference in the youth group and elderly group.2.2 Comparison of diabetes related biochemical indicators:(1)Blood glucose control related indicators: The type of circadian rhythm is significantly related to postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and glycosylated albumin,and it gradually increases from morning type,intermediate type to night type.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the early morning-night scale score was a risk factor for glycosylated hemoglobin.The lower the morning-night scale score,the higher the glycosylated hemoglobin score.(2)Indices related to pancreatic islet cell function: The type of circadian rhythm and HOMA-β were significantly correlated in the elderly group and middle-aged group,and gradually decreased from morning type,intermediate type to night type;but there was no significant correlation in the young group.The type of circadian rhythm and fasting insulin were significantly correlated in the middle-aged group,and gradually decreased from morning type,intermediate type to night type;but there was no significant correlation in the elderly group and middle-aged group.3.six meridian constitutions:(1)The six meridian constitutions of type 2 diabetic patients are mostly Shaoyin constitution(36.41%),followed by Shaoyang constitution(25.44%),Taiyin constitution(19.20%),Yangming constitution(8.98%),and Jueyin constitution(4.74%)And compatible physique(5.24%).(2)There are no significant differences in age,gender,and BMI between different sixchannel constitutions,and significant differences in disease course and insulin usage.(3)Six meridian constitutions were significantly correlated with fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.In the multivariate logistic regression analysis with glycosylated hemoglobin as the dependent variable,the six-channel constitution is not a risk factor for glycosylated hemoglobin.(4)There is no significant correlation between the six meridian constitution and fasting insulin,HOMA-β and other related indexes of islet cell function.(5)There is no obvious correlation between the Six Meridian Constitution and the circadian rhythm type,but there is a significant correlation with the score of the circadian rhythm type scale,that is,the morning-night type scale.Conclusion(1)The distribution of diurnal types of type 2 diabetes patients is mainly intermediate type and moderate night type,which is different from healthy people(mainly intermediate type),and the proportion of night type is significantly higher than that of healthy people.(2)Blood sugar control is closely related to the circadian rhythm.The more the circadian rhythm type is toward the night type,the worse the blood sugar control is.(3)The circadian rhythm disorder is closely related to the decline of pancreatic islet cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes.(4)Shaoyin constitution is most susceptible to type 2 diabetes,and Shaoyang constitution and Taiyin constitution are also susceptible to type 2 diabetes. |
