Clinical Observation On Yifei Bupi Decoction In The Treatment Of Elderly Patients With COPD At Stable Stage (Lung Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To further explore the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of Yifei Bupi Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Objective to provide integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and clinical basis for patients with stable COPD.Methods:72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation,while the treatment group was treated with Yifei Bupi Decoction for 4 weeks.After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,lung function,COPD evaluation test and safety indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy:after treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,wheezing,spontaneous sweating,chilly wind,fatigue,lack of appetite,fullness of chest cavity and loose stool in the two groups were all P<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group（all P<0.05）;the total scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were all P<0.05,and the two treatment schemes were effective The total effective rate was 90.32%in the treatment group and 81.25%in the control group（P<0.05）.2.Comparison of lung function:FVC,FEV₁/FVC and FEV₁%of lung function in the two groups after treatment were all P<0.05,indicating that the two treatment schemes can improve lung function,but the treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.3.Comparison of cat scale scores:after treatment,the cat scale scores of the two groups were compared within the group（P<0.05）.Both treatment schemes were effective,but the treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.4.Safety index:there was no significant change in the safety index between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.Conclusion:Yifei Bupi decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage of lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome,improve the lung function and quality of life,and has no obvious adverse reactions in the process of research,so it is safe.
