ObjectiveThrough the clinical observation of strengthening the spleen and softening the liver to treat immune thrombocytopenia in children with spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver.the clinical efficacy and safety are evaluated.MethodsIn this study,33 children with immune thrombocytopenia of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver type were included, and the method of self-controlled before and after study was used. The children were given orally the self-designed formula of Infantile Qishao Granules,4 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of 12 weeks.Record the TCM syndrome scores and blood routine of the test children before treatment,4weeks,8 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatment, and record blood coagulation function, liver and kidney function, urine routine, fecal routine and other indicators before treatment and12 weeks after treatment.Observe the TCM syndrome scores and curative effect-related indicators to evaluate its effectiveness, and observe safety-related indicators to evaluate its safety.Result1.A total of 33 cases were accepted in this study, including 1 case of abscission,2cases of exclusion. The actual completion of statistics of 30 cases.2.Evaluation of platelet efficacy: after a 12-weeks treatment period,3 patients(10.0%)had complete response,19 patients(63.33%)had response,8 patients(26.67%)had no response, and the total response rate was 73.33%.Platelet count: significantly increased after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant.(p<0.01).3.Evaluation of curative effect of TCM syndromes: After 12 weeks of treatment, clinical recovery in 3 cases(10.00%),markedly improved in 9 cases(30.00%),effective in13 cases(43.33%),ineffective in 5 cases(16.67%),and the total effective rate was 83.33%.4.Syndrome integral: After 12 weeks of treatment, syndrome integral, main symptom integral and secondary symptom integral were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(p<0.01).5.Evaluation of the efficacy of the secondary observation indicators: After 12 weeks of treatment, the patient’s white blood cell, red blood cell, hemoglobin and blood coagulation function were compared with those before the treatment, and the difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).6.Safety: In the course of treatment, the patient’s vital signs, liver, kidney function and other related safety indicators remained stable,no obvious toxic side effects,no obvious abnormalities and adverse reactions.ConclusionThe method of strengthening the spleen and softening the liver has a good clinical effect on improving the symptoms and platelet count in children with immune thrombocytopenia syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver. It is safe and effective, and there is no adverse drug reaction during the treatment.
