Objective: Analysis the risk factors of preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome,in order to provide ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome. Methods: A total of 91 patients with preeclampsia complicated with HELLP syndrome and 327 patients with simple preeclampsia treated in the affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University from January 2010 to December 2019 were collected as the research objects. The general data, personal and past history, laboratory indexes, delivery mode, complications, maternal and neonatal outcomes of the patients were collected, and the pathogenic factors, maternal and infant outcomes of preeclampsia complicated with HELLP syndrome were summarized.T-test,Chi-square test, and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relevant data to explore the risk factors of preeclampsia complicated with HELLP syndrome. Results: 1.The result showed that the gestational age, parity, and gestational interval, systolic blood pressure, and delivery mode were significantly different between preeclampsia and preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between preeclampsia and preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome about uric acid, total cholesterol,LDL-C,hemoglobin,plate count,ALT,AST,serum creatinine and lactate dehydrogenase(P < 0.05).2.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that gestational age, parity, systolic blood pressure, uric acid,LDL-C,hemoglobin,ALT,AST,lactate dehydrogenase and platelet count were correlated with preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome(P <0.05).3.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, liver hematoma or hepatic rupture, abruptio placentae, abnormal electrocardiogram, and retinopathy in the preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome group was significantly higher than that in the simple preeclampsia group(P < 0.05).4.The incidence of neonatal complications such as premature delivery, fetal distress, and conversion to ICU in the preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome group was significantly higher than that in the simple preeclampsia group(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The gestational age, parity, systolic blood pressure, uric acid,LDL-C,hemoglobin,ALT,AST,lactate dehydrogenase, and platelet count are significantly correlated with preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome.2.Preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome has adverse effects on mothers and infants, and should be predicted and treated as soon as possible.
