Clinical Study Of Flexible Bronchoscope Combined With Rigid Bronchoscope In The Treatment Of Tracheobronchial Foreign Body In Children

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of flexible bronchoscope combined with rigid bronchoscope in the treatment of tracheobronchial foreign body in children.Methods:In this study,prospective analysis was used,and all the included subjects were children diagnosed with tracheobronchial foreign bodies in our hospital.A total of 50 children who received flexible bronchoscopy combined with rigid bronchoscopy for foreign body treatment from January 2020 to January 2021 were collected as the study group,and 50 children who received rigid bronchoscopy for foreign body treatment from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected as the control group.The general basic data,clinical data and hospitalization costs of the two groups of children were analyzed.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the experimental data.Comparison of measurement data between two groups was performed by two independent samples t-test,and enumeration data was described by case number or percentage(%).Chi-square(χ~2)test was performed for the rate of two independent samples.For all data,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,gender,course of disease,type of foreign body,location of foreign body,associated disease and residence(P > 0.05).Among them,the vegetative foreign body was more than non-vegetative foreign body,the right bronchus was more than the left bronchus,the city was lower than the countryside,and the complications were mainly cough,wheezing,pneumonia and emphysema.(2)The success rate of foreign body removal in one operation was 98.00% in the research group and 78.00% in the control group,which was higher in the research group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The lower respiratory tract infection rate after surgery in the research group was 38.00%,while that in the control group was 48.00%,which was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The etiological detection rate was82.00% in the research group and 64.00% in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P > 0.05).(3)Three months after operation,the recurrent cough rate of the study group was8.00%,and that of the control group was 22.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The recurrent wheezing rate of the study group was 4.00%,and that of the control group was 16.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).The rate of respiratory tract infection in the study group was 6.00%,and that in the control group was 20.00%,which was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the average length of stay in the study group has no significant difference(P>0.05).The average hospitalization cost of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The satisfaction of the research group was 96.00%,and that of the control group was 84.00%,which was higher in the research group than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Flexible bronchoscopy combined with hard bronchoscopy can improve the one-time success rate of foreign body removal and reduce the rate of postoperative respiratory tract infection.(2)Flexible bronchoscopy combined with hard bronchoscopy can improve the detection rate of etiology,and guide the application of antibiotics.(3)Flexible bronchoscopy combined with hard bronchoscopy has good safety and clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical application.
