Application Of Epidural Anesthesia Combined General Anesthesia Retained Spontaneous Breath With Laryngeal Mask Airway In Laparoscopy High Ligation Of Hernia Sac For Children

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of Epidural anesthesia combined general anesthesia(GA)retained spontaneous breath with laryngeal mask airway(LMA)in laparoscopy high ligation of hernia sac in children,so it can provide a safe,effective and reasonable model to laparoscopy high ligation of hernia sac.Methods:Forty children patients were selected which were diagnosed and proposing the high ligation of hernial sac operation in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2019.All the patients were randomly allocated into 2 groups by using the table of random number(n=20each): Contrast group:general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway which were mechanically ventilated.Observation group:epidural anesthesia combined GA with LMA which retained spontaneous breath.Blood pressure(BP)、Heart rate(HR)were recorded at the time point of before anesthesia(T1),1 minute after surgery started(T2),5 minutes after surgery started(T3),suture when the surgery finished(T4),anesthesia effect were observed.Time of extubation,duration of postoperative agitation,rate of fidgeting were also recorded.According to contrast the difference,the feasible of the anesthesia method was estimated.Results:There was no significance in age,gender,BMI,duration of operation,blood loss,basic BP、HR(T1),infusion volume(P>0.05).BP、HR at T2、T3、T4 were significantly increased than that at T1 in both group(p<0.05);Compared with contrast group,BP、HR at T2、T3、T4 were lower than that in observation group,there was significantly difference(P<0.05).Time of extubation,duration of postoperative agitation,were less than that in contrast group,and so was the rate of fidgeting.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of epidural anesthesia combined general anesthesia retained spontaneous breath is exact.With lower rate of fidgeting,it can shorten the time of extubation and resuscitation,which is safe and effective for laparoscopic high ligation of indirect hernia sac in children.
