Objective:To observe the postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps, and to preliminarily explore the clinical efficacy of Nei Yan Fang in preventing and treating the postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps.Through the changes of TCM score, the expression of ER,PR,TNF-α,IL-6 and Bc L-2 in the endometrium before and after treatment, and the changes of endometrial thickness at different stages,to explore the causes of Nei Yan Fang in preventing and treating the recurrence of endometrial polyps after TCRP,and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of recurrence of endometrial polyps after TCRP by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Seventy-nine patients were randomly divided into control group(dy drogesterone tablets)and treatment group(Nei Yan Fang + dydrogesterone ta blets). They were treated for three menstrual cycles, and the surface of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment was observed. The recurrence of endometrial polyps and the change of endometrial thickness were observed after 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation. The endometrial tis sues were taken at the same time,3 months and 12 months after operation. The histopathological changes of the above tissues were observed by HE stai ning, and the expression of EP,PR,TNF-α,IL-6 and Bc L-2 was detected by immunofluorescence technique.Results:1.comparison of recurrence ratesThe difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 3 months afteroperation had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after operation, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.comparison of TCM symptom scoresThere was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and thedifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptom scores were lower than those of the control group, and the difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).3.endometrial thickness comparisonAt3,6 and 12 months after operation, the endometrial thickness in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).4.comparison of immunofluorescence expression intensityThe expression of ER,TNF-a,IL-6 and Bc L-2 in both groups decreased with treatment at 3 months after operation, and the expression of PR increas ed with treatment, but at 12 months after operation, the expression of TNF-α and Bc L-2 in the control group tended to increase, the expression of IL-6 did not changesignificantly, the expression of TNF-α,IL-6,Bc L-2 and ER i n the treatment group decreased, and the expression of PR protein increased compared with the control group. Conclusion:This clinical observation shows that Nei Yan Fang can reduce th e recurrence of endometrial polyps after TCRP and improve the TCM sympt oms as a whole, which may play a role by down-regulating the expression o f ER,TNF-α,IL-6,and Bc L-2 and up-regulating the expression of PR;com pared with western medicine intervention alone, traditional Chinese medicine has a more lasting time in preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps.
