Clinical Observation Of Qingjie Xiaoyong Prescription In Treating Of Infantile Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis(Lung And Stomach Heat Pattern Tonsillitis)

Objective: Qingjie Xiaoyong Prescription for the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis(lung and stomach heat pattern tonsillitis)in children,and evaluation of its clinical efficacy,explore its prescriptions and medication characteristics,and provide a clinical basis for its treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with syndrome of lung-stomach heat.Methods: In this study,80 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis(lung and stomach heat type tonsillitis)were included in accordance with the inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.They were stochastically subdivided into two groups,which incorporated treatment group and control group,each with 40 cases.The treatment group was given oral Qingjie Xiaoyong prescription,and the control group received oral Xiaoer Yanbian granule for 5 days.Observe the changes in symptom scores of the children in the two groups before and 5 days after treatment,and perform statistical analysis to evaluate their clinical efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of symptom scores after 5 days of treatment:(1)Intra-group comparison:the total score of symptoms in both groups of children after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.(2)Inter-group comparison: The single and total scores of primary symptoms in the treatment group were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.In terms of bromopnea,excrement and urinate,score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.Thirst single integral comparison(P>0.05),which was no statistical significance.Total score comparison of secondary symptoms,P>0.05,which was no statistical significance.After treatment,the total score of symptoms of the two groups was compared(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.2.Comparison of efficacy after 5 days of treatment:in the treatment group,11 cases were cured,15 cases showed significant effect,10 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.74%.In the control group,7 cases were cured,9 showed obvious effect,15 were effective,8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 79.49%.Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups: P>0.05,no statistical difference.The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was compared: P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Qingjie Xiaoyong Prescription has a significant clinical effect on children with acute suppurative tonsillitis(lung and stomach heat pattren tonsillitis).2.Qingjie Xiaoyong Prescription can dramatically improve the clinical symptoms of pyrexia,pharyngalgia,antiadoncus,suppurative tonsillitis,thirst,bromopnea,excrement and urinate in children.3.Qingjie Xiaoyong prescription did not find any adverse reactions in the research,with good security and great clinical promotion value.
