| Objectives To compare the effectiveness and differences of the treatment of clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome(deficiency of both spleen and kidney)with the single application of the kidney-strengthening prescription and the single application of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablet(Deying-35).Methods Seventy patients were collected and divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)according to random number table method.The treatment group was given 200 ml of Kidney-tonifying Spleen Tiaochong Decoction,2/d,and the control group was given Daying-35 2.035mg/d orally from the 5th day of menstruation for21 consecutive days,waiting for the 5th day of menstruation to be taken orally again.TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level(LH,T,FSH,LH/FSH),BMI,acne score,ovarian volume,fasting blood glucose,etc.before and after treatment were observed and compared.The follow-up menstruation at the third month after drug withdrawal was recorded.To provide objective and reliable therapeutic data for clinical application of pure traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Finally,the collected clinical data of 33 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group were input into SPSS25.0 statistical software for professional analysis,so as to make the experimental conclusions more scientific and reliable.Results 1 TCM syndrome scores: before treatment: there was no statistical significance in the scores between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment: treatment group in the quantity,the menstrual period,the color,the quality,less food,stay,lumbar debility,night to urinate,god more exhausted body tired,defecate pond thin,often abdominal distension full than before,the symptom such as giddy tinnitus integral and treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),on the menstrual cycle,sexual indifference integral no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The menstrual cycle score in the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).Contrast between treatment group: treatment group in the quantity,the menstrual period,the color,the quality,less food,stay,lumbar debility,night to urinate,god more exhausted body tired,defecate pond thin,often abdominal distension full,dizziness tinnitus,etc on the integral improvement is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),in the menstrual cycle on the integral in the control group,two groups of differences in sexual indifference integral no statistical significance(P >0.05).2 Sex hormones: before treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the values of LH,T,LH/FSH between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the values of FSH between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment: there was no statistical significance in LH,FSH,LH/FSH between the two groups(P > 0.05),but there was statistical significance in T value between the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.05).3 Comparison of BMI before treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups compared with before treatment(P >0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).4 Acne score: before treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference between the treatment group and before treatment(P <0.05),and there was statistically significant difference between the control group and before treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment: the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5Ovarian volume: before treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups and before treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment: there was statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.05).6Menstrual follow-up: comparison between follow-up and post-treatment: there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and post-treatment in terms of menstrual volume and color quality(P > 0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in the score of symptoms of menstrual cycle in the control group(P < 0.05).7Fasting blood glucose: before treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups compared with before treatment(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment: there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).8 Safety indicators: Before,after and during the follow-up period,no abnormal results were found in vital signs,electrocardiogram,routine hematuria and stool,liver and kidney function in the treatment group and the control group.9 Adverse reactions: all patients in the control group and the treatment group denied adverse drug reactions during the whole treatment.Conclusions 1 The effect of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription on improving menstrual period,menstrual quantity,menstrual color,menstrual quality,lack of food and tolerance,waist and knee pain and softness,frequent nocturnal urination,mental fatigue,thin stools,abdominal distension,dizziness and tinnitus is obviously better than that of Daying 35.2 Daying-35 is superior to Bushen Jianpi Tiaochong Prescription in reducing ovarian volume,reducing T value and improving menstrual cycle in a short time.3 In terms of reducing LH,FSH,LH/FSH values,fasting blood glucose,BMI and other changes,the therapeutic effect of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription was equivalent to that of Daying-35.4 Both Bushen Jianpi Tiaochong Recipe and Daying-35 can relieve acne,but Bushen Jianpi Tiaochong Recipe is better than Daying-35.5 Bushen Jianpi Tiaochong Recipe is obviously superior to Daying-35 in maintaining the curative effect of drugs.Figure0;Table18;Reference68...
